Excellent services with competent people!
It's a great service. They're available and competent and provide the services they offer, and do so well. I do recommend it. A note on insurance: The Cerebral Medical Groups are not enrolled with federal or state health care programs such as Medicare, Tricare, CHAMPUS, or Medicaid and if you are insured under or covered by any of these programs, you are not permitted to use the Services. (you can get kicked off of your state medical insurance for using Cerebral). All the more reason to forego medical insurance in the first place amiright?! haha.

Finally, real care!
Finally! I can’t tell you what it means to have someone listen to me and then prescribe something appropriate for my symptoms. If you have a chance to work with Anitra, grab it! I’ve been through hell with misdiagnosis and not being heard. Thank you Cerebral and Anitra for treating me like a human!

I’ve had nothing but a great experience…
I’ve had nothing but a great experience here. I have my medication shipped so I never run out (always a problem for me) and both my therapist and doctor are wonderful, thorough and just very nice as well. I will definitely recommend!

My prescriber was great
My prescriber was great. She didn’t just shove me on the same meds that haven’t worked in the past. She gave me a new diagnoses and meds. I felt like she actually listened to what I was saying and feeling. Hopefully now I can actually make some progress

Cerebral Improved!
I use to use cerebral years ago but decided to stop using for personal reasons. After coming back to it, I’ve seen it improve and my current care councilor is great! She asked me a couple questions and sent over my prescription to my local pharmacy in a matter of minutes during our session. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my medication on time; but she assured me that it would be ready in a couple hours. My insurance also covered my meds so it’s great!!! All I pay is my subscription plan.

Take charge of your mental health
Prescribers are helpful and good listeners. I would definitely recommend for long-term mental health veterans who can balance between having an idea for what already works for them and being open to new suggestions. The only thing I'd caution against is their no-refund subscription policy, but that's to be expected as Cerebral keeps their standards pretty high for good prescribers.
