Would recommend to anyone to try

Communication with the individual about…
Communication with the individual about what happens after the initial meeting with the doctor. If and when an individual needs to request a refill on medications or if the individual is having an issue with the medication that needs to be resolved before their next appointment with the doctor. Otherwise I have had a good experience with your service.

I really liked my experience
I really liked my experience. My only critique would be that you only get to meet with your councilor one a month for a half an hour. That doesn't seem adequate to me.

My son was very hesitant about getting…
My son was very hesitant about getting help. I signed him up because he really needed it. I knew he wouldn't walk into an office. So far he has spoken with the counselor and a medication switch is recommended. I believe it will help.

it is great but i was told it would be 30 a month and then the price changed to 85..

This has been an amazing help
This has been an amazing help. For someone like me who has a slight cas if agoraphobia, along with other issues, this has been a lifesaver. I only wish they helped more coordinating with my insurance.

The site is difficult to navigate
The site is difficult to navigate. I click the link for my follow up appt..and it takes me to a new page with 3 questions..almost as if I am doing a new patient evaluation? I'm so confused Dr and Counselor are great so far..no cpmplaints there!
