Amazing service for mental health
Amazing service for mental health I was diagnosed and treated the same day. My life has completely changed I am very grateful for all of the staff at cerebral. I am finally living a normal life

Real caring individuals
The team at cerebral really takes the time to give constructive and caring feedback. They react quickly to anything given to them, and they do so happily. The service I have received so far has made taking the steps I needed to take that were so scary - a very easy transition.

Great substitute to bad healthcare system
The healthcare options where I live are less than optimal. My husband saw a commercial for Cerebral and I jumped at the chance to try this. I'm so glad I did! It was so easy to get an appointment and so far, everyone has been extremely easy to talk to and work with. I've already suggested it to my friends.

My experience so far with Cerebral has…
My experience so far with Cerebral has been wonderful. My care team is easy to work with and amazingly helpful. Their service is more affordable than others I’ve looked into. I like that I can message with my care team about things that come up as needed thats aren’t emergencies. There are exercises that walk you through techniques for things such are grounding yourself and they are extremely helpful. The only criticism I have thus far is that the providers should be required to test their internet prior to starting the session as well(I’m not sure if they are) but it doesn’t have to be the patients fault if the connection is spotty. I say this because I’ve never had issues with the speed of my internet but one of my providers kept having issues with hearing me during our visit and at first thought it was because of my internet. The issue persisted a majority of the visit and thus the reason I mention it. It’s not a big deal to me but may be for other. I just think it is worth mentioning. Overall my experience has been well worth it and I feel much better than when I signed up.
