While I eventually found an appropriate counselor, I've had nothing but problems scheduling appointments. 5 times now I've had appointments dropped by Cerebral staff just not showing up. This leads to reschedules, which are nearly always another month wait. I waited 3 months once for a session because of reschedules! Don't worry though, you'll still get billed monthly ;) What a grift.

The biggest scam. Their employee turnover rate is so high that you have to repeat intake constantly. They definitely overcharge/repeat charges for medication and services. They frequently cancel appointments and forget to send your prescription to a pharmacy. Most of the care counselors have nothing to offer but worksheets. Please don’t waste your time, they’ll likely make what ails you worse.

This has been nothing short of a BULLCRAP SCAM!!!! ME TO DR OR WHATEVER THEY ARE IVE HAD THAT MEDICINE BEFORE AND IT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING.. WELL THAT WAS AWHILE AGO AND IT MIGHT HAVE MORE SUCCESS THIS TIME.....

Update. -After a lot of back and forth and telling me that I could not get a refund because of their policy even though the real problem was on their end, I got 30% back, not enough since I paid $85 for a service I never got.- I really don’t like to write bad reviews unless it’s very very deserving. I sign up with Cerebral and on my second month of treatment no pharmacy will work with them to issue my prescriptions, like none! I tried like 5 different pharmacies snd nothing and when that happened I just had pay my monthly subscription like a week before that, it was $85! So I reach out to them by email and phone and simply did not care, because of no refund policy but… it wasn’t my fault that no pharmacy will work with them, that’s out of my hands, but they don’t care about issuing me a refund, so I ended up paying $85 for nothing… so stay away from that company, not worth it! I paid for a service but got nothing … what a shame!

Update: I tried to cancel and getting in touch with someone was difficult. Ended up having to reach them by email. It took several emails to finally get it canceled. Ultimately they blamed me for not reaching out to them. For about six months they could not be reached at all. Doctors are helpful but getting in touch with your care coordinator or anyone for that matter is close to impossible. Not impressed!

I tried to sign up with insurance and was told I was covered, the description of my plan was vague, so I called customer support who assured me I can get therapy with this plan. Then I spoke to my prescriber who told I might not be able to get therapy since I wasn't getting medication but someone should be in touch to tell me for sure, then I was told to schedule a call with my therapist. After meeting with a "care counselor" and trying to upgrade to my plan to meet more regularly, I'm told by customer support they weren't a licensed therapist, and there are no therapists covered by my insurance I can meet with, so I'll have to pay 194-300+/month to get therapy. Everyone told me something different, no one seems to know what's going on, and just wasted a bunch of time and (some) money. Update: After cerebral replied to this review to "fix my experience", I emailed support (as they asked) and the support rep directed me to their faq site...

The most horrible unreliable service for mental health. I got charger $100 twice instead of the usual $25 for medication i never even received. The prescriber canceled on me multiple times without any previous warnings. Every time I contacted them with an issue they had a different assistant every DAY to “help” me with my issue that didn’t get resolved and they’re just dragging time. I tried calling the support and i got zero help. They’re just destroying everything that’s left of my mental health. Don’t get involved with Cerebral!!

I have been overcharged by $200, have had constant issues with getting a new prescriber, appointments with care counselors getting canceled, I have received absolutely NO care in the time they have overcharged me.i am completely out of my medications, AGAIN. My Insurance is accepted, was added into my account and they deleted it off and charged me even more. This is an issue that needs to be handled as soon as possible and it is literally impossible to get ahold of someone. How you can you preach helping mental health when you just make it worse.
