The service was great but I’m giving you guys one star for charging me another month when I went through the cancellation process and the cancellation was approved! This is beyond annoying. I’ll dispute the charge if I have to. I cancelled my subscription. I can’t afford to continue this.

My experience with Cerebral has been great. The counselors listens and offers realistic suggestions to help you get life back on track.

Cerebral has been a great experience for me so far. I love the flexibility. The therapist I chose has been very good. She seem to be on the same level as me as far as age and being a parent and understanding of me and my experiences. The prescriber I chose seems very willing to work with me in trying to find what works best as well as being sure not to overwhelm me with options and decisions. The response time from the care coordinators and support staff have been perfect. This option for me has been a winner so far!

I have always received great timely response from my care team. I love the convenience of being able to have my therapy meetings anywhere sometimes even in my car to help with my busy schedule and lifestyle. I don’t feel there has been any decrease in quality of care having the telehealth visits and love the extra support through the online app with homework assignments and exercises that coincide with the therapy.

I have been happy with the service I have received and look forward to seeing how well the journey continues. I will be recommending my friend to Cerebral!

The only thing I have seen so far that could use improvement is when you book a therapist and set another appointment between switching from the 80$ program to the 320$ and you want to see your therapist the next day they’ll just have you wait even though it was booked to see them. Other that that small glitch this is so worth it. They care about your well being and are here to help you grow. The team is pretty good and are worth the money
