When I joined Cerebral in March of 2020, I was depressed, anxious and scattered. I have had several health issues in the past 5 years that have left me with chronic pain and with diminished physical ability. It was effecting my work and relationships so much that I was in danger of losing my job. After my sister recommended that I try Cerebral, things changed for me. I got some great assistance from my provider with medications that help not only with the extreme anxiety but also have the side benefits of lessening my pain, helping me sleep better, and have increased my ability to focus. I am so unbelievably grateful for all that Cerebral has done for me. I feel like I'm able to manage my symptoms and I am on a path back to functioning better!

After years of inconsistent healthcare plans, I was in and out of therapy, on and off medication, and never really kept structure. Cerebral has given me much needed stability in my mental health care. Well worth the money.

Hands down the best way to get therapy ever! I’ve been going to therapy the traditional way on and off for years. Now, it doesn’t have to be off. My favorite thing is how easy it is! Every step of the way: from finding a therapist who could offer help in the areas I need help, to making appointments which can be automagically added to my calendar in one step, and of course the video appointments. I also love that I can see my results over time with the biweekly assessments. I’ve never been happier with therapy- so easy, so affordable, so effective. Thank you!

Cerebral has been so beneficial to me and my therapy/medication experience. I’d never really taken much medication before and sought Cerebral for the combination of the normal therapy and the medication. It’s worked so well so far and has been very helpful in resolving my mental health woes. I can’t say enough good things about my therapist as well. I’ve had a few therapists in my life, and she’s been the best so far. Can’t recommend it enough!
