I originally signed up because I thought they could provide ADHD testing, when I found out I was wrong I went through the steps immediately to cancel the subscription. A month later they tried to charge me, I have now reached out to their customer support 3 separate times and they continue to tell me it is cancelled and they continue to attempt to charge my card. They keep giving me instructions on HOW to cancel it myself through the website and it's total BS. There is no cancel subscription button. I am going to be forced to call and demand escalation until I have SOMEONE with a button that allows them to cancel my account. For a company that is supposed to support mental health, they sure are taxing mine. I have no idea if their services are any good, but trying to get away from them is absolutely impossible so I suspect it says something about the quality of their work.

Complete scam. No refills, no responses, no help, not able to edit payment information, unable to add health insurance information after one month. Upon trying to cancel they provided only a partial refund although no services provided or prescriptions available for more than a month. Month 1 had quick appt with prescriber (efficient and good) and a therapist which was a silly joke and waste of my time. Provided a prescription and filled it. Month 2, no refill, no prescription history on account and no responses to my inquiries. Mediation lapsed but eventually able to get refill. No explanation for lack of refill status. Month 3, no refill available or any record of prescription on my account. No response. When I contact customer service they could only tell me I needed to contact my rep (or whatever title they use) which is where communication failed over and over. Needing to maintain meds I went elsewhere paying another doctor. I cancelled and requested a refund for the 3rd month already paid. They provided a minimal refund with no explanation for value.

I have been with cerebral for two years. For the first year I had a great experience. This past year however things have changed. I have had issues making appts with my issued provider, then because of that I assume my medication got messed up and I was forced cold turkey off of them and went into withdrawals. They remedied that and sent me some meds and told me to make an appt with my prescriber, which I did, then my provider didn’t show up and I sat waiting for an hour in the online waiting room then I was blamed for not showing up to my appt. Then I tried to make a follow up appt and couldn’t, so they again just stopped sending me my meds and I was forced to self wean off of them. Come to find out they didn’t have a provider in my area in network—the one I was with stopped seeing patients, but I was not once told this. All the while I was paying for this service and medication I didn’t get. They told me sorry, but if you want your medication you need to pay cash or cancel your prescription. I’m furious. People rely on this service and medication and for their mental well being and they really could care less. We got nothing but excuses and refusal to reimburse us for the money I paid this year to them because “we don’t issue refunds. We are a subscription based company so you pay whether you use services or not” 😮 So be warned that if anything goes wrong on their end (ie lack of communication) you will be blamed and suffer the consequences and they’ll just issue a half hearted sorry that happened to you.

Started out okay with a great provider to help me get off Celexa. After I was having issues with how I was feeling I went on the message board to ask If there was a sooner time to speak to her again( very quick call). never got a response then. She was booked until Sept 7th. mind you this was iddle of june. Finally got a message stating that she had an opening on 6/20. Went to schedule and there was NOT an availible slot. Really feeling anxious and weird and needed to see what my provider could do. Still nothing until 1:00 AM in the morning I get a message stating I had an 8:15 am appointment with her that same morning. Needless to say I had to work and couldnt make that call. Then I get the email that I missed my appointment and reschedule. ZERO communication between anyone there. Tried calling emailing crickets.....

Appears to be a high turnover at Cerebral. I've been with them for 7 months with high hopes. But I've had 5 different prescribers who have all disappeared. I put in a prescription refill request a week ago. Nothing. I didn't find out until yesterday that my prescriber left the company. I was told they would figure something out and let me know within 24 hours. That time came and went. Today I ran out of meds and experiencing all the lovely side effects of withdrawal. I desperately tried to reach out and they said I needed to wait a week to talk to a new prescriber before they can do anything. I voiced my concern and cancelled instead. They didn't care. Bc in their stock reply, they said... "Please note that if you are on a plan that includes medication management, you may experience unwanted and possibly dangerous side effects if you discontinue your medications abruptly." They also said in that cancellation confirmation to reach out if I needed anything. Like I haven't spent hours on the phone trying to get a med refill. smh

When I started I enjoyed cerebral and was hopeful that this would be great for me. After the change of doctors I felt very uninformed of the sudden change but I let it pass. Then I call customer service because nobody was responding on an urgent matter I had about my medication and mental health. When I called to try to get things resolved myself I am told the systems were updated and they no longer accept debit cards and it canceled my subscription and started a new one which was on hold and news to me. I let that pass even though I new there had to be a correlation with the change in doctor. Then I look at my account and even though my subscription is on hold like I haven’t payed anything I find double charges that I’ve yet to dispute. I let that pass. Then I have an appoitment scheduled which is very important to me. Nobody shows up and I am again charged a 29 dollar no show fee. I let that pass. Then documents that I worked through the extremely ridiculous process of submitting (because my mental illness and the fact that my body is adjusting to the medication is hindering me from successfully performing my JOB successfully and am therefore on the verge of loosing my JOB due to call avoidance because my PTSD makes me avoid the triggers in which speaking to some people cause) get denied. I am so extremely dissatisfied and I don’t know how you all stay in business if this is how you treat everyone seeking your help for their mental disabilities. SMH. Waste of time and money for nothing but sheer disappointment. Never again!

I’ve been paying my subscription, yet I’ve received no help and can’t book appointments through the app. Sounds like a money scheme to me

Honestly, I want to like this app. I really like my counselor. But every month getting my meds has been a nightmare. I dread going to the pharmacy when the app says my prescription has been sent off only to be told by the pharmacy it hasn’t been received. I feel like I’m paying for a consistent monthly stress and at this point, I am considering no longer pursuing medication as a means to deal with my mental health and instead try alternatives. I would not recommend this app to any of my friends and would not suggest even to someone I don’t like. Very stressful and poorly run.
