I've had a very easy, professional experience with Cerebral since onboarding. I receive diligent communication/replies from my Care Coordinator, and my therapist has been an absolute pleasure to talk to each week. Everyone has been upfront, honest, and clear about pricing, prescriptions, resources, etc. There are times I have asked for clarification and I usually get a message within a handful of hours or less, if not more quickly. Cerebral is in network for certain insurance companies, I'll paste them below. If they are out of network, they offer you invoices you can route to your insurer to file a claim and see if you can get reimbursement. So far, a beautiful experience all around.

I have been working with Rachel L., a Cerebral coordinator on invoice issues. She has been very helpful. If she’s not quite sure about something, she takes the initiative to ask others & then gets back to you in a very timely fashion. She is also very personable & easy to work with. She helped me with my situation very quickly. Thank you Rachel!

Without Cerebral I honestly don't know how healthy my mental state would be!! My therapist is so amazing that she inspire's me to take classes into being a counselor!! My provider was just as amazing going over medications with me changing and stopping my prescription's as I describe how the meds help me and any side-effect's I maybe having!! My case worker is always there for me, always communicating to my provider's what I need!! I am a Bipolar ll with severe depression, anxiety, Mania and Agoraphobia and Cerebral helps me throughout it all they're my life line and I feel cared for and I absolutely know I matter!!

Cerebral has been great. Very easy to use, fast responses, helpful therapists/providers. I have never felt more like myself since starting my Adhd regimen.

What’s is there to say? I like my Canceler counselor. I get do to it on my phone . Drive no where. And they’re very professional. And they always there when you need them

Cerebral has really helped me out. I don't have insurance, but I desperately needed mental health help. I have finally been able to get medication to help me. I appreciate the help so much!
