I am grateful for the PMHNP prescribing a medication that has helped me and to the counselor that has reminded me to be kind to myself and just keep working on moving forward.

I have nothing but great things to say. The service they provide is priceless. We had some issues at first but I don’t know where I would be without them. Everyone is caring. Mental health is hard to find and this service is needed. I talk in the privacy of my home. I am looking forward to this being a long relationship.

My experience with Cerebral was not the best. However, the staff I interacted with were extremely kind and courteous, as well as understanding. Even though they could not provide the help I specifically needed, they tried their best and offered me external resources. I was very angry with them at one point, but I do believe the service they offer is crucial to others in need of mental care, and I urge you to give them a try. Just be sure to do your research first and talk with them to see if you are a good fit.

The service started out great. Really connected with my prescriber. Really love him. I'm satisfied with the customer service They have handled issues I was having ASAP.

I am loving the fact that I found Cerebral my therapist has been helping me overcome some hard times and struggles and has given me wonderful tools to help me be a better me.

The shipping of the medication seems to be slower than expected. I’m going to be off my medicine for three days before the next fill arrives. I hope there isn’t miscommunication going on. Other than that I’m super satisfied with the care and treatment I’m receiving from all in Cerebral.

I started with Cerebral 3 months ago, I got in via Instagram with the $30 intro deal which gets you an online face to face consultation with a psychiatrist and counselor- pretty amazing deal! I wasn’t 100% satisfied with only speaking with a counselor once per month so I quickly updated my service to the $325 package which gets you access to a highly qualified therapist (once/week) & prescriber. If you get this deal, I highly suggest reading everyone’s Bio to make sure you find a good match that meets your personal needs. Fortunately for me, my first therapist was exactly what I was looking for and needed & my second prescriber has been extremely helpful— both are totally worth it- specially if you don’t have insurance!! The reason I gave Cerebral 4 stars is because I didn’t have the best experience in the beginning. This was mainly due to the fact that I was still learning “how to use” this online service to meet my needs for ex: scheduling my therapist @ the right time—like when I was feeling highly stressed and overwhelmed… Throughout the process, Cerebral has been very helpful specially when I call in, the most helpful person has been Michelle- she was the sweetest and most helpful person!! Cerebral also reached out and offered me generous Discounts to make up for any bad experiences which was really cool and unexpected!! I would highly suggest this service to anyone new to therapy and/or those who don’t have the time to drive to a doctors office on a weekly bases. Oh and my therapist is, Regina Randle and my prescriber is Stephanie St Fleur —- both amazing to work with!!! 💕
