They will only take your money, they are very irresponsible and don’t take their patients seriously, they don’t care about cutting out your prescription from one day to the other and they will cancel your appointment s without even letting you know, customer service sucks they never resolved any issues and the managers will never contact you so DO NOT SIGN UP it is. Rip off!!!!

They never even verified my ID before billing me 3 times. They won't give a full refund despite the fact they should have never taken my money. After this issue I talked with friends and found they really just over-prescribe. They take advantage of people with mental health issues and don't offer the true help needed. * it's not that there was an issue verifying my ID, I never completed signing up. I should have never been billed. That information should have never been used by them. I spoke to someone from support about canceling and getting a refund and the first three messages were the same thing over and over, word for word. It only answered one of the questions I asked. After the third, I asked if it was automated because if there was a human reading my email then they should have given me a straight answer. After finally getting the information I needed they told me only a partial refund could be given. Despite the fact they should have never taken money from me. *after three weeks of waiting for the refund they only issued back $25 per transaction. So they are keeping $180 total when my ID was never even submitted.

Do NOT trust this service. They will tell you they have found an in network provider for you ONLY to turn around and bill you hundreds of dollars a few months later for that same provider. They are major scammers. Then when you question their deceptive billing practices they will basically tell you that you should have read through the very fine print. I have reported them to the Attorney General in my state and I will also report them to my state representative. CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL about their deceptive billing practices. They are scamming the most vulnerable people in society!

This company only seems to have existed because of the pandemic. I transferred my mental health to Cerebral during the pandemic and because I moved out of state. At first the service was an upgrade to my original mental health care. They're therapist was actually great in the prescriber I got was reasonable sensible and made it obvious he was there to help me. However when my prescriber left that is when things got very weird. The new prescriber did not seem focused on my mental health at all. In fact she seemed very focused on not prescribing me anything at all. Not only did she not prescribe anything she did not give me a another option to get any help whatsoever. She did not advise that I should speak to a therapist or anything. The into our relationship was abrupt the prescriber directly told me to cancel my membership. I canceled my membership via email however rather than canceling my membership they responded with some form that will not work and have charged me twice since then. In short they refused me care and then charged me twice And I can't help but think that the second prescriber was certainly not interested in my mental health, she was much more concerned about the fact that the Department of Justice is suing this poorly run company for its other ethical issues.

Do not sign up. My daughter and I have been trying to cancel this service for over 2 months. They keep charging. I finally had to cancel my debit card and file a dispute through my bank. They are thieves.

I thought this might be a great way to get my needed medication for good mental health. I started the signup process, but did not complete it. I wanted to consider my options a little more. A month later I received an $85 bill for services NOT rendered!! I tried to work with customer service who continued to refer me to terms and conditions. I did not sign up and did not get fully refunded.

No luck canceling services. Have tried numerous times. Can't get anyone on the phone. I cannot even log in with out it wanting me to finish setting up services. Never used their servies, cancelled early may 2022 and they still are taking money from me. Update: after posting reviews on several different websites i magically got my refund.

This platform is absolutely awful. I’ve been with them for about a year and a few months now. My first prescriber was great and then she left. Afterward I switched to a few different prescribers and they weren’t able to fill my prescriptions because they didn’t specialize in my mental illness so there was an error in match up which caused my medication to lapse and for me to go into withdrawal. My current prescriber is very nice but very irresponsible. She has no- showed on two of our appointments and her next availability isn’t until November. I’ve been asking for a refill for days and they always claim they send it but my pharmacy doesn’t receive it so I always have to call back and make sure my prescription was sent. The care counselors gives you basic advice you can find on google and are basically worthless. I’m currently on a controlled substance and if you stop them cold turkey you have a higher chance of getting seizures and other bad side effects. I’ve been asking for a refill for days and I still don’t have my medication for my depression and anxiety. This has happened to me SO many times that it causes more stress to me than ever. My experience with Cerebral has been absolutely awful and I will be seeking legal action.
