Great service some technical problems with email

I have set to sign up because Aetna is not currently being accepted. However, Christian C. Coordinator deserves 10 stars!!! He has went over and beyond with his extraordinary customer service. He has work closely with me over the past few days helping me with the best options. He is responsive, caring and professional. Cerebral has completely removed the barriers that kept me from seeking help for my mental illness for so long. It's so easy to reschedule, and it's actually affordable. I recently tried to cancel my care plan for a couple weeks because I wasn't going to be able to pay the low cost on the day it was scheduled to renew. I figured I'd just sign back up when I had the money, but a member of their support team, Medina K., took the time to reach out to me instead. She paused my plan so I wouldn't get charged until it automatically renewed a couple weeks later. This might not sound like a big deal, but to have a real person read what I had to say and find a solution for a big problem of mine, is huge. I'm so thankful for this platform 🙏

Cerebral has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. I was able to finally get on medicine for my anxiety and depression. My therapist, who I try and talk to weekly, is amazing and patient.

They care and listen and really work hard to help you deal with the issues you are facing. I look forward to my sessions and am so pleased that I signed up with them. It is money well spent. I also love that I can do this from my home at a time that works for me.

I give these people 5 stars. It was so easy to set up. I got to choose my provider And my care counselor. I just had my appointment with my provider and I explained everything that was going on and I felt heard. My medication was sent to the pharmacy less than 5 minutes after I got off the phone. I called my pharmacy And the medication was already there In the system. Unfortunately Cerebral Doesn't accept my Insurance but the plan that I have with them is very affordable. And I can pay for my Is medication with my insurance Directly at my pharmacy. I am looking forward to speaking with my care counselor Soon. Also I called the number To ask if There are any additional charges Since my insurance does not cover. And they told me no. They told me I am able to speak with the provider And the care counselor. The app has Is everything there for you where you can schedule your next appointments And you can chat with your Care team Write from the messaging part Of the app. My favorite part is that it has a panic button as well on the app. It also shows exercises you can do to calm yourself down. I also appreciate how detailed The provider wanted me to be. She had 0 judgment as well. I will be back to post Is about my experience after I speak with my care Counselor. Thank you so much. Cerebral was a breath of fresh air! After meeting with several therapists and psychiatrists provided my insurance company, I felt discouraged and defeated. Just after my first appointment with a Cerebral care counselor and psychiatrist, I finally felt understood. The Cerebral team is insightful, thoughtful and highly educated. I can honestly say it’s the best experience I’ve received in years!
