I had requested to cancel because the first available appointment wasn’t for 2 months. The team was nice even though I was asking to cancel and took care of it within a day! I went back to looking for other online mental health providers and none of them had the program to help my symptoms/diagnosis, even though they advertised that they did. I realized I made a mistake and went back to cerebral and requested for my account to be activated again! Nichole C was amazing and offered to change my original provider and care counselor so that I had appointments with a week and a half instead of months, double checked all of my information, and explained the process a little more thoroughly. She never once made me feel difficult and made sure I was taken care of, and I feel a lot more at ease in seeking help through cerebral. I am very happy I made the decision to stay.

I lost my mental care provider during covid. We relocated, she left the large downtown practice in Chicago and advised to seek care elsewhere. I didn't and fortunately there's Cerebral. Recently, the initial provider I met with left as well. Again? I understand some of the back office work is hashed out with fees and that in a new high growth company retaining professionals is difficult. The strength of Cerebral was finding another care counselor that was very responsive when needed. My concerns were addressed and i feel at ease for the first time in a long time. Its hard to ask for help sometimes, cerebral made it painless.

Cerebral is the best decision I have ever made. It's private, the App/website portal is easy to use, someone always gets back to you super quick no matter what you need. I love that I got to research and choose my counselor and prescriber and they are BOTH wonderful, helpful, caring, kind & understanding. For the price per month this is an amazing deal for those of us with no insurance!

I’m a busy mom with no time to go see a therapist . Cerebral has opened up a new door and allowed me to receive treatment , and medications at an affordable rate. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and I am great full.

Cerebral is and continues to be the best and most effective way for me to be treated. This allows me to schedule around my work schedule so that I can meet with my provider when I am supposed to so as not to miss any doses.
