It's too pricey for the once a week…
It's too pricey for the once a week scheduling especially when you request to have more assignments and resources and the therapist doesn't really send you anything that you can't find on Google

It was a rough start, but it work out.
I was very bad start. The first help/Prescriber just past me along. But I stuck to it. And found a prescriber that worked with me. It's a good company dealing with mental health. Still worth a shot when you dealing with mental illness alone and it's affordable.

My clinician listened to me and was…
My clinician listened to me and was relatable . She wanted me to start off with 10 mg of Paxil but I am nervous to start off with that. I’m taking 5 mg to start anyway . Was told that because they don’t make 5mg pills i should take 10 . I am a registered nurse I know that’s not how that works , I can still break a pill in half . But besides that great experience. She let me know I can always contact her .

Really just needed my meds and they helped me with that amd have been checking periodically! I think the price is ridiculous but so is my health insurance.

I’m writing to update my previous…
I’m writing to update my previous rating of one star. Cerebral reached out to me and even though some of the responsibility was on me over the insurance denial they have refunded for the last section and seemed genuinely concerned for where I was mentally. I would have no issues using them as a provider in the future.
