Cerebral did a perfect job at fixing the unfixable! I was excited to finally have a seemingly faster avenue into getting the medication that I know works for me so that I can finally have the success in college that I have experienced while on medication before. However, I did learn, shortly thereafter, that California's doctors are in such high demand they were scheduling initial appointments pretty far in advance. This was quite disappointing to say the least. My care team tried to get an appointment a bit sooner than I had initially been scheduled, but had minimal success doing so (still 2 weeks down the road). At this point I reached out to their telephone customer service rep, who, btw, really honestly needs to be given a raise for great merit, kindness, knowing her job and going not the extra mile but maybe 10 extra miles! This wonderful woman took the time to look through each doctor's schedule individually, reminding me she was still on the phone and that her silence was no way am indication that she had hung up nor was an indication that she was involved in anything else besides assisting me (and when apologizing to her and thanking her she kept assuring me that she was happy to help and that she'd do her best to help me with my scheduling issues...definitely deserves a raise!). I am in no way indicating that they are able to guarantee such a short waiting time for an appointment, however if she could do so, I am sure she would. She was able to work me in the following day (or was it 2 days later, I forget). To me that was miraculous! Before that even, I accidentally got to meet up with my care counselor who I am super happy I chose because her personality is just as beautiful as she is and I feel that she will be super easy to relate to. She was very kind (I think everyone on my team deserves a raise!) Then came my appointment with my prescriber(doctor). I wasn't quite sure what to expect being online and my first time meeting with her. She was very thorough, very professional,she asked all the right questions was non judgmental and I feel prescribed a very good beginning dosage after having been off of the medication for quite some time. Just all over great team. Not only that, but there are worksheets, assignments you can give yourself to help you overcome your obstacles and grow as a person. Cerebral truly is a whole mind and body experience. Thank you Cerebral!

My now and my future feel brighter Morgan has really helped me to face and deal with some of the issues from the past that I have had no idea how to handle. Some issues I thought were so old they should not bother me anymore, but they do. I am really glad I took this route for therapy because my normal reaction would be to just stand by and let the bad stuff happen and figure out what I should have done, later on. I feel like I am getting my personal power back. I am feeling human again.

My therapist at Cerebral has really changed my life in the short months I’ve been with her. I never pursued therapy for my ADHD because it didn’t seem accessible: it was always a challenge to find somebody local and go to them and work around their schedule. But, since getting help from Cerebral, I’ve turned things around in a big way. I now have the energy and drive to pursue my passions, I’m excelling in the work place, and I’ve even resumed my physical health practices by returning to the gym and soccer field more often. Absolute life-changer.

Cerebral has been life changing! As a stay at home working mom it is never easy to just leave to see a therapist that would cost me hundreds. I did not realize I was struggling most of my life with a mental health condition. I finally got help and it has been life changing. I am able to accomplish so many things with no frustration. To the moms out there struggling with mom brain this is for you. Just do it you won't regret it.
