My only issue is that I can’t figure out how to schedule my next appointment with my care counselor. Otherwise I love Cerebral and the Cerebral app.

I think Cerebral so far has been very helpful. I do wish to see my care counselor longer than 30 minutes and weekly but the time I do have has been decent enough and I’m thankful.

Took my money for the month of august even though I canceled my subscription. Customer service didn’t even try to give me any type of refund at all. Would never use cerebral again or recommend it to anyone who wants to try out online counseling. — UPDATE: Stefanie reached out to me and was able to work something out with a refund and took some feedback to better future experiences. Other than the situation with some customer service representatives the care was great. Thanks stefanie.

Get the marketing team or agency to pair with developers to sanitize your incoming data. I joined via Instagram and put in false information, because I didn't want to share it with Facebook (Insta's Parent Co). The fake data was pulled directly into Cerebral, which caused all kinds of delays and hiccups in the service. Would highly recommend confirming data of new signups. Update: Aug 25th 2021 - Changed rating to 4 stars. Team worked with me to fix account issues - mostly. Still in contact via email. Good customer service!

I was skeptical about how effective this virtual therapy would be and if I would find a good match. The counselor I have been matched with has been excellent from the start. Easy to speak with, able to ask the right questions she got be talking right away. Encouraging, supportive and available. My reason for only 4 stars is that I wish there was a journal function and a way to message just my counselor not along with the support coach

I wish the prescriber would be included in the messaging section. Also my care coordinator mysteriously disappeared from the chat leaving my questions unanswered? I’m still waiting on follow up from my prescriber regarding two things I asked for help with. Also wish it was possible to pay the bill early but that’s a minor issue. UPDATE: my care coordinator had not left the chat, she just no longer appeared in the list in the app for some reason. She answered all my questions as well, it had taken a while for my prescriber to get back to her. I was also given another point of contact for questions bearding my care from Cerebral, which was very prompt and helpful.

I had a good experience. Just wish that it was more clear when I signed up that it wasn’t therapy.
