This is my 4 or 5th counselor with them. First one was great but our schedules clashed. Others same or there wasn’t one. One before I have now made me want to cancel everything. But today I had my first appointment with my new one and I instantly felt comfortable like I’ve known her for a long time. I’ve been paying for my subscription every month even when I wasn’t getting everything included. I refuse to do the therapy through them because it’s way over priced with not taking someone’s insurance. It would be nice if they accommodate you for times you are not getting the full benefits of what you are paying for. If I didn’t have all the issues I would of given a 5 star rating. I give my new counselor 5stars

My experiences with Cerebral have had many positives and many negatives to it. Negatives: 1. Every other month the app changes and isn’t what you initially agreed to/signed up for 2. I have many issues with them charging me twice a month because my medication has been double ordered 3. One of their initial perks was getting your medications delivered to you, now I have to go to my local pharmacy because they got rid of that feature. 4. When you have a prescriber or care counselor leave Cerebral, they automatically assign you to a new person and don’t let you pick who is in charge of your care. That is extremely frustrating to me. 5. THE APP. Their app is one of the worst ones I’ve ever had to deal with. It constantly signs me out. The history section is not clear. And there have been many times when I’ve gone to schedule an appointment with my care counselor and it won’t let me. You can easily reach out and message a team member but that shouldn’t even be an issue. Positives: 1. It’s fast and easy to get your medication 2. All the prescribers I’ve had over the last year are super friendly, a safe space, and they listen. They are very helpful and caring while walking you through everything you need to know 3. They have prescribers and counselors that are available at all times of the day! Wether you are a night owl, morning person, or work a 9-5, there will be someone who has time slots available for you which is extremely convenient 4. It’s digital! So I can have my meetings on vacation or when I’m traveling

They keep switching my provider and there is very little consistency between providers. I feel like they tout the 85 dollars - monthly fee for the plan I'm on, which *could* be great but honestly, its just a glorified pharmacy. I'm basically paying to get meds with no genuine vested interest in me or any of my experiences being pleasant or useful.

The counselor I have, Farrah Brown, is one of the best counselors I have ever had. She is my cheerleader through life, always there to support me and give the advice I need. I would give her 5 STARS!! However, the rest of Cerebral is incredibly frustrating. It doesn't even get 1 STAR. I feel like every time I log in for my prescriber visit to monitor my medication, I have a new prescriber. The coordinator for my team is new almost every month. Nothing else about the program has been consistent. I've arrived at my pharmacy to pickup prescriptions and found them cancelled. When I try to contact Cerebral, because coordinators and prescribers have changed so frequently, no one knows what happened and it took days to get the medication filled. Not good when you suffer from anxiety and depression, and desperately need those meds to function in society. Now that they have laid off the majority of their counselors, including mine, I will be finding a new service to prescribe my medication.

So far, I have seen some benefits from the change in my medication thanks to Mr. Estrada. I am disappointed that I did not get to meet with a therapist in my first month and feel as if I should receive either a partial refund or perhaps a discount on the next month's service? However, I am currently satisfied with my new therapist at the moment in the early stages. Be patient if you don't feel like you are getting the service that you are paying for.

I was a member for three months, then closed my acct. 1. For $80/month, I received a care counselor, 30min/month, and a practitioner, 15-30 min/month. Neither felt like enough time to accomplish anything. 2. To speak with your consoler or practitioner, you must message your "care coordinator" to initiate communication. This was fine until I had a severe medical concern and attempted to contact my physician. The coordinator would not send my message until I explained the situation to them over text. I expressed I was not comfortable doing so, and the coordinator never passed along my message. Luckily I had an appt scheduled already in the coming days... This act was careless. 3. I closed my account after the above experience and selected "issue with my care team"; Cerebral didn't care to ask why; they just offered me a discount to continue my service. My consoler and physician were great, but I didn't make any significant progress due to the short appt window and time between appointments. From the research I've done, the CEO has faced scrutiny for focusing more on profit rather than the care of their patients.

The doctor I spoke to was very nice and I agree with her thoughts On what my diagnosis may be however they no longer prescribe controlled medications like for anxiety and I’m on one currently and need it to function so unfortunately I can’t use this service as a means for help and I can’t afford it every month but for the first time trying it the doctor was very kind and understanding

My app does not reflect what I have done when I respond to emails. For example, I have an appointment set up, but the app says I do not. Also, the email says I am registered to have a substance abuse problem and I do not. I am being treated for just depression and anxiety.
