Granted it’s a great app for easy access to prescriptions and a provider to figure out what you need, but my issue lies in the fact that I couldn’t log into my account to cancel. What made it even worse is that the subscription came out the day before I was able to call to cancel it. And put me out a lot of money that I needed since I’d recently been laid off. And honestly anyone you reach via the cerebral phone lines aren’t much help either. At some point I’m going to reach out for legal advice to figure out what to do because now I can’t even afford to get groceries for the next two weeks.

This is just to make sure they keep getting there monthly subscription fee, they prescribed me adderall then abruptly stopped now I’m supposed to be on a new med but if my payment doesn’t go through then my refill won’t be submitted either I don’t feel it’s right at all

My prescribing showed up, my therapist did not. Nuff said.

This is difficult to review, as the treatment did make me better. The care counselor I had was very good, but Cerebral juggled me between 3 different prescribers, all of which were unprofessional, difficult to make appointments with, and complained to me about my preference to meet via phone rather than webcam. The final prescriber I had refused my request for help on weaning off the medication, forcing me to go to my primary care doctor for advice on how to do it. Upon cancelling my subscription and removing my payment information (and receiving a confirmation email that it was cancelled), they have continued to charge me and have ignored all messages I sent them requesting a refund.

Only one therapist that takes BCBS and the therapist is only available at 6 am CST.

As for the prescriber, he deserves 5 stars and was truly wonderful to talk to. He was attentive, inquisitive, and validating. The service was extremely easy to use, and I was able to get an appointment the same day I scheduled (thoigh I don’t think this is always the case). As for the negative- I missed an appointment and Cerebral texted my emergency contact. This forced me to come out to my family about my mental health as well as my seeking help. I found this to be very inappropriate because it was not anything close to an emergency, but a missed appointment. I was baffled. They will not value your privacy. Also, the price is very expensive and claims that medication is included, but I had to pay a separate fee. I would not recommend.

Stop laying off your fantastic counselors and staff. I have anthropophobia. It takes Time to establish trust and comfort. Start proving you care about your, not customers, PATIENTS. Take care of your employees so they can take care of your patients. Before this negligent business model kills someone.

Started off well, was with Cerebral for over 1 year, and then they kept losing good Care Counselors & reassigning me for the last 4 months (all of which I was charged for without talking to a counselor that entire duration. The 5th month I was informed they "ran out of Care Counselors" and if I wanted to see a therapists I would need to upgrade my plan. I asked numerous times for a refund of a service I didn't use for the previous 1, 2, 3 and 4 months but all they would offer is 30% off my next month with a therapist that cost 300% more. Ridiculous. In my mind, they stole $400 from me. Don't trust them.
