I have been with Cerebral off and on…
I have been with Cerebral off and on for the last 3-4 years from 2021 to 2025. I have always struggled with mental health, going to therapy but Cerebral has been very convenient for me and quite frankly the ONLY outlet that has helped me in the 9 years I’ve been diagnosed with panic disorder, depression, etc. These therapists have always been very supportive to me, offering to talk to me anytime of day or night knowing how bad my anxiety can get which NO other therapist from other clinics has offered me that type of treatment and that only is very comforting. Sometimes people like me don’t want to reach out to a crisis center, we want our therapist, the person we trust, the person who we’re building a relationship with, we don’t want looked at as a crisis or an emergency situation so to have the option to talk to our therapist 1v1 whenever, is honestly what’s kept me here so long. As far as the psychiatrist 10/10 experience as well!! For 7 years I went through trial and error of medication after medication but these psychiatrist are so skilled and knowledgeable. They were able to get me panic attack free for 2 WHOLE YEARS. I thought I’d never get to see that part of my life again. They’re reassuring, they listen to what you want, how medications may be making you feel, and they’re always spot on about adjusting what needs adjusting. If I had to say one bad thing about my whole experience it would be SOMETIMES the therapist/prescribers resign and you lose that connection you built with them and it can be hard but it’s rarely. Don’t let this be your reason not to give Cerebral a chance. They are my saving grace. 10000%
