Really nice people who listen attentively. Any issue I've had they try to reach out quickly. I like the app exercises and check in. This is something that I can work on and balance with school and a full time job.

Everything is great and easy but the delay in the chat feature leaves a lot to be desired. There was over a week delay in getting my medication as there was an issue that was overlooked.

I love the provider I had, however my care counselor changed before I even got the chance to do a session. It's been hard to get a session because I work monday-friday and usually they aren't available after work.

This is the first time using something like this. I understand that prescriptions are limit. But I will be with out medication for a week as I had to double up on dosage.

Kind of got off to a rocky start with this company, mostly due to communication issues, but as I enter into my second month with them I would say that it has created a huge improvement in my state of mind. Like I said, sometimes getting somebody to respond to your issues can be time consuming, but they will help you any way they can.

They have been very consistent with their follow up on my treatment, they first prescribed me medication that didn't work and I contacted my prescribed. She immediately changed my prescription to one that ai think is starting tobwork pretty well....thank you cerebral!

I don’t feel that the prescriber was involved enough or maybe just didn’t ask enough questions and the medication I received was very initially detrimental to me as an individual.
