I’ve went to several places before cerebral and none of them treated me nowhere near close to as good as cerebral has treated me. They actually care for you! They’re the friend you need to get you on the right path.

Ease of accessibility, kind providers, and a responsive support team are all reasons I’d like to give cerebral 5 stars. I struggled with getting regular appointments through my insurance, and the people I worked with were not a quality match. With Cerebral, I feel as though I was able to choose providers that matched my individual needs, even for things like race and long term goals out of seeing someone. I have only had my initial appointment but I am more than pleased with the quality of care so far and anticipate I will continue with treatment as it stands.

The lady that helped me was amazing. I had never had an online appointment and didn’t know what to expect. She made me feel at ease. I am completely happy with our interaction and would highly suggest this to anyone.

Cerebral has been great. I live in a rural area without many mental health resources and Cerebral made it possible for me to get my first appointment within a week of starting. My counselor is fantastic and so is my prescriber. I get my prescription sent to my local pharmacy just like any other doctor. If it weren’t for Cerebral I would still be on a 6-month long waitlist for local mental health help.

I went through a very bad ordeal with a psychiatrist last year. But after starting with my care team at Cerebral I don't have be afraid anymore. I get treated like a human being, and not just another customer. I'm so happy to finally be on the right track towards better mental health. It's so important to me. To be heard and listened to. after dealing with my horrible mental health doctor for years and finally putting an end to them wasting my time I am so happy i waited out the 30+ days to get my prescription filled again for the first time in 4+ months thanks to Cerebral! the Doctor and therapist all have been helpful and actually listen to my needs and concerns! so happy I made the switch!
