There’s is literally only ONE thing I’d change.
The ONLY downfall of your program is the fact of the out of network cost. Unfortunately there’s such a LARGE price increase when you need weekly therapy sessions but are only getting a once a month check up. I really want to continue with your programs therapy because i believe in your methods of cognitive behavioral therapy and the methods your counselors use.

Clinician was amazing
Clinician was amazing. Detailed, and certainly knowledgeable. I have yet to meet with a care counselor. Keep getting reassigned. When I go to schedule, all apointments are blocked. Idk. I certainly was not looking for counseling, but I am sure it could not hurt.

My life is back on track!
My life is back on track!! The Cerebral staff has been very kind and considerate, and provides really helpful information. I also am really grateful for the low price point for services and medication. The actual app was a little buggy to use, but the support staff was really helpful in fixing the errors on the platform so I could properly get a hold of staff. Overall this is an incredible service for underinsured/uninsured folks!
