I sat on trying this company for months, reading reviews, researching it, I was SUPER hesitant. I hit a really bad low, so I said screw it I'm trying it..... BEST DECISION EVER. When you're depressed & have anxiety or any issues for that matter.. It is SO HARD to get yourself to GO IN and see a doctor. This I couldn't make an excuse up for. The next day after I signed up (At 11pm) I seen a doctor for Meds. Then the day after that I seen a therapist. Both were AMAIZING. I love my therapist, I actually look forward to seeing her each week! Don't wait.. I promise it will be worth it!

This was the best experience I have had with a provider. I typically get nervous before any appointments because I feel like providers are judging but Rosie made me feel safe right from the start, she listened to me, she talked with me. It was exactly how a dr and patient should interact

I have Tricare insurance and as most people who have it know, they are not the best insurance. I also had horrible experiences with Psychiatrists and getting an appointment with them. First one didn’t show up to her zoom meeting. Second one I made an appointment online and then went to her office and she doesn’t even work from there and didn’t send me a zoom link. I was fed up and felt so defeated. I sat in my car crying after the last incident. I saw ads for Cerebral on TikTok and decided to give them a try. I made my appointment on a Friday and it was scheduled for the very next day. The lady was super sweet and we went over my initial test results. I would have had the medication I needed the same day but I have other issues I needed clearance from my cardiologist. I had my care counselor appointment three days later and they were amazing as well. She gave me great coping skills to try while I am waiting. Just two days ago I had a rough time with my binge eating and I messaged her and she responded with some great recourses and coping skills for that as well. I am really impressed so far. Finally an easy way to get help without having to jump through hoops with your insurance and wait months for appointments with them.
