Had a great first visit! 30 mins the doc asked me lots of questions, listened to what my problems were, then asked more questions. Will be making more appointments

My care team is giving me real hope
My care team has shown a great deal of real care to me on the beginning of my journey back to wellness. Valerie and Jon were great listeners and empathetic to my situation. Valerie J. was the perfect first contact person and assuaged the fear in my first steps. I'm in bad shape but I have more hope now and I think the path we created will bring about positive change. It is almost impossible to get in To…
It is almost impossible to get in To see anyone , in my area. I had to schedule an appointment 6 months out out and I missed that appointment as well It would have been a whole other year before I could even see anyone. I downloaded this app spoke with someone within A-day. The Providers I picked randomly we're both really helpful and easy to talk to.. I recommend Going this route , if you need to speak with someone about concerns with your mental health.. It could be life changing for some!
