I recently met with Loreen Williams and I could not be happier with my experience. I have worked with many prescribers in the past, but none have been as caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, or kind as Loreen. Additionally, her demeanor was beyond welcoming. I felt like she truly wants what is best for me and worked to identify the best solution to meet my current needs. Thank you!

I've struggled with attention and focus issues my entire life. Throughout school, work, and social situations I struggled with what I now know were ADHD related problems. Talking through my issues was so easy with my care counselor and it felt like my prescriber was rooting for me when I explained my issues and she knew immediately what had the highest chances of helping me. And it did. Since coming to cerebral I've been happier with every aspect of my life.

A week into treatment I feel more like myself than I have in a long time. Both my clinician and my counselor have made me feel heard and seen. I feel so lucky to have found them both and to beginning this journey with them at my side to lead me to feeling like my best self again.

Great, fast service. Good for people who can't go to in-person appts or have anxiety. They treat your symptoms and follow-up regularly. If you or the clinician misses an appt, it's easy to reschedule. Also easy to switch clinicians if you don't "click" with your current one. Medication shipments are usually quick but you have to make sure to check on the updates. Ultimately, I think opinions on the service come down to your location, your insurance, what clinicians are available, what you're getting treated for, etc etc. Telemed isn't for everybody.

My caregiver always listens to what does and does not work for me! She is always helpful and never makes me feel unheard! I appreciate all that cerebral has done for me!
