Love the providers, but scheduling can be tough. My therapist is the best I've had.

I enjoy Cerebral. I like that the counselors aren’t pushy and that I can get my medication sent to my home. But there are a few things that I wish could change. I would like a plan option to just meet with our prescriber and get medication. Because meeting with a counselor every other month is definitely not worth the extra $85 on top of the $10 for each prescription.

I have used Cerebral for months. I have experienced some issues with getting medication on time and some hiccups with information being updated in a timely fashion, but overall, the service has been good and well-priced. Just be cautious to communicate any medication needs to your prescriber as soon as possible to avoid gaps in medication. I appreciate that when I have had issues in the past they have been addressed.

Great got help that I have been looking for awhile and am feeling so much better. I highly recommend this program, I was jumping through hoops trying to get help that I need before and the help offered to me wasn’t helpful at all. They tried to tell me that I could just say a word to get back to what I was doing like homework, but they never addressed my ADHD or offered me anything to help. I am so grateful for cerebral because they helped address my ADHD problem and offered me tools for defining who I am and what my needs are, plus helped me learn boundaries.

I started using Cerebral in September '21. My initial experience was very positive: I had an excellent prescriber visit, everything was scheduled fairly quickly, and my Care Coordinator - Emily - was amazing. After following up after my first 30 days, my prescriber felt that they should get a 2nd opinion from a colleague with more psychiatric training and I was referred to another prescriber. This prescriber cancelled my appointment the day it was scheduled and said that they weren't licensed to prescribe in my state. Thankfully, my coordinator set me up with someone else just a few days later. Unfortunately, after meeting with this 3rd prescriber, they read my notes and said they were also confused about why I'd be scheduled to meet with them as they have no different credentials or training than my initial prescriber, and they cancelled my appointment. So ~3 months in, I haven't really received much in the way of treatment and actually meeting with a prescriber has been really difficult. However, Stefanie reached out to me directly to apologize and make things right. I didn't expect that and they did return some of the money spent on my subscription given that I'd not really been able to utilize the service fully. Might try again in the future, but for now I'll just resort to traditional in-person visits at a psychiatrist's office.

I love Cerebral for what it did-- which is quickly connect me to the best therapist I have ever had, and given me access to a caring team of psychiatrists who have helped me finally find the right medication for me. These things have drastically improved my life and I am unendingly grateful for that. The only issue I would note is that they do not work with a wide range of insurances and I pay $300 monthly out of pocket for the service, not including medication, also out of pocket. I can afford this-- but not everyone can, and everyone deserves access to care. Also, there was a miscommunication at the beginning that led to me scrambling to switch my therapist. Ended up working out fine, but it was stressful at the time.

Cerebral is honestly the best. In the past I haven’t always been in the headspace needed to go physically into an office to meet with doctors, for that alone Cerebral seemed like a great fit. My first appointment was through webcam, and it’s the first time I felt that my medication concerns were taken into consideration. We worked together to see what would work for me. I do however wish a therapist was available under my plan, but I was told that my insurance didn’t cover and that they didn’t have one available at the time. That’s the only “downside “ for me, but it’s not enough for me to go elsewhere. They keep a gauge of my symptoms and my practitioner truly cares
