PLEASE DO NOT PAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SCAM I truly don't think a real caring person will read this, because all I have from cerebral.com is mental pain, so much sorrow because I really thought I would get help! I got a ? Person? that was supposed to order my meds all she did was yawn and yawn and yawn and snort and clear nose and swallow it!! Snort and yawn ! Yawn and snort clear her nose and swallow it!!! How in the world am I supposed to trust this person? She also talked like she had never even been taught English or any manners!! She was American! My gosh she could have just took a tissue and blew her nose, but all she could was yawn and snort clear her nose and swallow her snot!! All I did was tell everyone I was Finally going to get help, I live in very southern Georgia where mental health help does not exist!! Boy was I surprised! I paid all that money from my social security, I'm a widow, and got zero ZERO help!! I tried to stop my payments coming out of my bank account in PLENTY of time, but the only way I could finally stop it was cancel my bank card and get a new bank card number!! PLEASE DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON THIS SCAM!!! PLEASE TRY ANOTHER WAY!! IF YOU NEED MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I got charged 99$ after 1 prescriber meeting and no counselings.

A little background I have been diagnosed with depression and generalized anxiety since I was 12 years old and am now 31. I have experience with tools to help with it and found recently that the tools were not helping and it was getting hard to bring myself back from a depressive episodes or anxiety attacks. I was going to a clinic but found it harder and harder to make it to in person appointments due to family scheduling. When I had found cerebral it was a beacon of hope to be able to continue treatment through video visits. It was easy to get started and they allowed you pick a provider that you believed might match your needs based on a bio statement and background experience information. After choosing my prescriber and counselor it seemed like it would all be a great experience. Then I had my first appointment, I tried to explain my situation, the research I had done on my own, and the previous medications I had taken and their effects. My thoughts on my mental health were not taken into account and I was told that I would need to begin the process anew with them before they would consider an ADHD diagnosis. I understood their concern and was willing to try the prescribers way if it meant getting my mental health under control. Then I had my meeting with the counselor and there seemed to be a large disconnect. It was as though my history with my mental disorders had been completely disregarded and I was talked to as though I was newly diagnosed and given tools to help at that level. I tried to explain that I have used those tools before and that they were currently not beneficial in helping regulate my mental health issues. Again I was told to try again and see. It was extremely disheartening to feel ignored and treated as though I was just recently diagnosed and not been working with these issues for 19 years. Still I continued on with their suggestions for treatment. After 2 to 3 visits with the prescriber and informing that the current treatment was not beneficial my dosage was increased and medication just kept being charged to my card and sent. A few months in and feeling like there was very little progress, i was relieved to find that my subscription had been suspended due to financial issues and I got an email informing me of the suspension and that to reactivate the account I would need to log in and update my information. I did not update the information and assumed that it would not reactivate until I updated the information. I was incorrect in that assumption. The email of suspension would be the last email I would receive until recently when i noticed my bank account had been charged. Confused I logged on to the account and found that a payment was pending. I immediately canceled my subscription and called the following day (today) asking if a refund could be given for the amount as it was just processed yesterday. During that call I was told that I had actually been charged the last 3 months without my knowledge as they did not send any information regarding the reactivation of my account and that the customer service representative Justin stated I had been receiving medication to which I informed him I had not received any medication since June at which he then corrected himself saying that oh yeah the payment never processed so you hadn't been receiving the medications. When asking for a refund for just this month as I understood that there was a misunderstanding in their definition of suspended, and the email meaning vs. mine, I was told that he was not able to nor, was it allowed since I would be charged whether I used the service or not. I feel used and taken advantage of and want to share my experience with others so the same does not happen to them. While I understand their reasoning they do not make that clear during the process and it is extremely disheartening to find that while they state they want to help and truly they just want to rob you of your money and leave you stagnant in your mental health journey.

Back in April my previous account wasnt working. It wouldnt take payments. I made a new account this month in September now all of a sudden it takes out the payment from my previous account? On my new account, no one replies to me in app for days. I had my appointment with the provider two days ago and he has still yet to send my prescription to my pharmacy. The whole experience is ridiculous

"Provider" no showed to appt. No cancellation.... no explanation. Just didn't show up. Contacted support. Told to make another appt. In the meantime.... NO MEDS. Going thru awful withdrawal AND charged on credit card. Service isn't worth headaches.

I don't believe their 4 star great review is anything other than employees of the company. They have charged me $85 a month for at least 5 months after I contacted to cancel my subscription. Upon discovering I was still being billed, I Googled "Cerebral"and before I could even finish by typing "contact for refund" the search populated with options like cerebral scam, cerebral refund (which takes you to article upon article and countless social media posts by other customers who have been wronged by this predatory company). It's clear that I'm not alone and Cerebral is obviously vctimizing people iso help! If that's not criminal then it should be. I have not received any services ever from cerebral. My cancelation should've been no problem, but as I found out, they make it so people have to fight just to cancel subscription! Im attempting to get a refund for the hundreds of dollars they took for nothing and it sounds like I have a fight ahead of me.

They advertised they could diagnose, just to pay the money go through the process, and be told they weren't authorized to diagnose. Extremely dissatisfied that they cannot follow through with their marketing.

My problem is with Cerebral. Not offering me and others a referral to someone in person after being denied help is dangerous. I don’t have schizophrenia, I’m sleep deprived because I’m stressed out. I seek access to care in this format because I am unable to get help in person without resources. Cerebral is far too expensive to not offer assistance with referrals when being turned away. Sure, Cerebral is beneficial to so many people, but not people like me that also need help. Now I have no alternatives but to go without care because I don’t have the resources to get help. Going through my doctor for a referral takes MONTHS, and I have to jump through hoops to even get the referral. Thanks for nothing.
