The app is garbage
The app is garbage. You can't review anything. It doesn't save your information and when you try to put in your real password, the one that you've used 10 times, it doesn't work. Then you can't set up an appointment with your prescriber who is, just a nurse not a doctor, you have to go through basically a gatekeeper. And if you pay for the extra stuff good luck getting it either. If you got no other place to go use this place but be prepared for bad experience. Maybe even your mental health going down trying to deal with these people.

Just no
The communication is terrible. I had a lapse in my prescription and I didn't hear from someone in over a week. They reduced my payment for the following month, and assigned me a new counselor who was great at first but eventually had the same issues. I refused to continue even with the discount. Very poor service.

Please do not using this company
Please do not using this company. I have been ignored in the messages when I was pleading for them to answer because I was running out of my medication that could cause sever su*cidal tendencies. Once they answered their best excuse was there was a glitch in the system stopping them from seeing my messages in the app. Interesting was there a glitch in the phone and e-mail too? Just go talk to a doctor and have them mail you medication because this was the worst experience of my life.

Is this a scam?!
I sent a message asking how to get another appointment to my prescriber two weeks ago who never answered. I met with the care specialist and asked what to do and was told to send another message. I did a week ago and still no notice of a message. I tried to use the app today to check messages and it says it doesn't recognize my email or password, even though I saved it in my phone. I'm really starting to think this is a scam...

Poor customer service, lacking accountability
They work with 3rd party vendors who are very unreliable. My prescriber let my prescription lapse and I had terrible side effects. The team at cerebral were there with me every step of the way to keep assuring me they were monitoring the progress but no one actually did anything. I had to take matters into my own hands and schedule a new prescriber to get my meds 2 weeks later. They take no accountability and treat you like a number not a person. Not the type of service you want if you are dealing with anxiety.

I will not ever recommend this company
I will not ever recommend this company. I paid for September and cancelled it for October. I get an email saying my account will be active until 10/10 because I already paid for September. Then they cancel all my appointments and deactivate my account. When I call them to ask them, WHY?? They said they can reactivate my account only if I subscribe back to the service in October DESPITE ALREADY PAYING FOR SEPTEMBER. Yeah, no. This company stinks.

Terrible company and overcharges
I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. It is terrible. Their website is incredibly misleading. Your monthly fee basically gets you nothing. It’s buried in their disclosures that you will pay extra for basically everyone you talk to. They almost 7 months to start charging me the additional fees. A 3 minute video call with a prescriber is now bringing an extra $80-170 charge per month. I canceled but technically still have to pay. I’ve emailed and called the company. They are minimally responsive and generally rude on the phone. No one has helped me. No one will even listen to me. Just not the customer service experience you want in a mental health company. Stay away!!!

People with real problems get treated like customers. all mental health is a business. money is in the treatment not the cure
