I am so glad that I followed through…
I am so glad that I followed through with this company . I have no complaints at all . Helpful and made me feel very comfortable and it’s mental health awareness month so if you are worried about judgment, don’t it is the least judgmental place I have ever been. It’s was easy all the way around. Thanks to you guys I hope to get my mental health back on track. It was the nite before I signed up to talk with someone and the next morning I was line with this company

Pleasant surprise !
I came back after a long time and I was pleasantly surprised at how the processes have changed. The prescriber is personable, knowledgeable, and engaged. My first time with her felt like I was her patient for a while. Plus, Cerebral is a clean and easy to navigate interface. It is nice. I felt listened to.

Just wonderful. Natalie Russell is an excellent observer, answerer, and listener. By choosing to have my med delivered to my local pharmacy, I had it the next day, and it’s working fine. Good job!

Very easy process
Very easy process. Scheduled and spoke with my therapist within a few days of downloading the app and getting started. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable from the start. Also have providers available if you need medication prescribed highly recommended this if you are in need of any mental health assistance and don’t have time and you’re scheduled to meet during Normal business hours.
