Knowledgeable and caring
I have found that everyone that is on my Cerebral Team is very quick to respond and meet my needs. I am impressed with the level of knowledge and the caring attitude of all of the people with which I come in contact.

Providers are great, text communication is not
the providers are great and extremely personable, but the communication feels like it is not clear enough through the texting app. I feel like each week I deal with the same issues of trying to get in touch with providers, struggling to set up appointments, keeping my meds steady, ect. other than that the program is Great.

The service is no different from going…
The service is no different from going to a local general practice dr. They ask you your symptoms, rush you along without letting you fully speak & prescribe you some medicine that may or may not work. I honestly thought the service would be better & that the drs would actually listen to you speak without cutting you off or speaking over you

Had a therapist cancel within a few…
Had a therapist cancel within a few hours of my appointment. Then rescheduled and no one showed to the rescheduled one but it said I missed the appointment. Nope sat there 15 mins waiting

Quick to speak with someone but not enough therapist time per month.
I was happy at first with how fast I could speak with someone and that I was able to get some medication sent to the pharmacy closest to me for my first round of medication. Especially since the wait time to see a therapist in my area is at least two months. The problem I'm encountering is that my refill was set for 2 weeks after my first round of medication would run out and now my prescription is being sent in the mail via FedEx. Will my refill actually make it on time? It's already a day late. So we shall see. Also, you only get to talk to a therapist once a month for half an hour. I feel this is an incredibly small amount of time to speak with a therapist. But at least I have some medication and I did get to speak with someone for half an hour. For me a half an hour once a month is not enough by a long shot, but I have to deal till I can see someone in my area. Let's hope I can wait that long.

The therapist is good but the website…
The therapist is good but the website is very hard to use. I can’t access my account and called about it over a week ago and have not have any help in the matter.

When I signed up I had chosen a…
When I signed up I had chosen a therapist with weekend availability Bc it is what I really need, and it ended up it wasn’t correct abd the therapist did not have weekend availability but then the app had me locked in with that specific therapist and I tried to make her availability work but I can’t.
