First time for me
First time for me to begin mental therapy. It was difficult to do this after so many years of fighting stress and anxiety on my own. My wife got me logged in and I got through the discussion with the therapist. Getting help isn’t a bad thing. It was past due for me. Thank you to my wife and cerebral for getting me started on a healthy plan.

Cerebral is the best thing that ever…
Cerebral is the best thing that ever happened to me. It is so easy to get an appointment and they actually want to help you. They listen to you and take your experiences and feelings into account when designing a treatment plan for you. They are unlike other doctors who just brush you off and tell you you’re being dramatic. They validate your feelings and support you in working through your hardships!!
