I was very nervous about reaching out for help with my mental health. I was also unsure about the whole tele-health/app approach being from an older generation. But so far it has been easy to schedule, the prescriber was so helpful and put some things into perspective. I've only just started my mental health journey but for once I'm feeling hopeful.

One of the things I enjoy so much about Cerebral is the extensive list of therapists they allow you to choose from. If you end up not liking your therapist, there are plenty others you can choose from. The 1st therapist I had was very easy to talk to but that's all she was. She didn't put together any type of care plan with me and was not helping me with any tools or coping mechanisms. I switched therapists and have been much more happy. I've been sent charts and helpful information all easily accessible any time I might need them. I now feel like my therapist is very on top of trying to help me get the absolute most out of my therapy. Since starting with Cerebral, I've finally been diagnosed with ADHD and am now able to receive help for it which is seriously helping me in every day life. My prescriber is absolutely wonderful. She was able to help me start the journey to getting on the right prescriptions and off of the ones that I'm terrified of. A big benefit to all of this is the ease of it being online. I have aytipical autism and talking to a screen is a lot easier for me than talking to someone in person. Eye contact alone is difficult for me. I would frequently miss mental health appointments in person due to me having a hard time getting ready and getting out the door. That isn't a worry here and I've been able to stay on top of my mental health appointments WAY better this way. Cerebral is an amazing platform and I am very happy I was able to choose them to help care for my brain.

Cerebral has been really good at bringing convenience and professionalism at the same time! I've struggled with mental health my whole life and been around to different doctors. It was madness driving to each one with generalized anxiety+ it's hard for me. I ended up finding a good shrink and later passed away leaving me again on the hunt thru docs systems place after place. Until I found cerebral!!!! 🙏🙏 They allowed me to have confidence peace of mind an comfort just like that one doctor I used to have without having to travel. What a way!!! Thank you guys soo much!

Cerebral has been so amazing! The prescribers and therapists are so helpful, nice and accommodating. Plus, I can have my appointment from the comfort of my own home, no driving anywhere or waiting in an office. I feel so much better mentally than I did a year ago, I couldn’t have done it without Cerebral! Thank you!!

My appointment made me feel so much better. I feel like I'm finally getting onto the right track and I didn't feel any judgements made about me during my appointment. Just my provider being helpful and guiding me for the best tools to get me in a better place.
