The therapists and providers are 100% awesome and helpful. The app has many glitches that cause some inconvenience but they are great with communication.

ETA: I did finally meet with a different prescriber and it was great. My therapist is lovely and so helpful. Stefanie reached out and the situation has been resolved. I just signed up on Friday. Today was supposed to be my first prescriber appointment. She didn't show- not just once, but twice. As a new customer, this is unacceptable. This is making me rethink the use of the company. What a mess.

I find that the people and the service itself are wonderful. I recommend Cerebal all the time to people … I used to work in the service industry and the ability to find telehealth and therapy that could work around my sometimes crazy schedule was an incredible benefit that conventional therapy sometimes wasn’t able to afford me. I wish I could give it five stars but the platform itself is sometimes a little bit glitchy when it comes to booking my follow-up appointments, and I’ve had to work with someone a few times to get it resolved. Every now and then the calendar shows that my practitioners are completely booked solid with no openings at all for months on end for some reason, but when it gets fixed and I’m sent the link again I can see the true schedule with times and dates available like they had told me on the call. Other than that, it’s a great service and one that I’m happy to continue using. Thank you!

I absolutely love the app. It has helped me greatly on my mental health journey and I cant wait to see how much more I can benefit from the service. The only thing I haven't loved is the scheduling. It seems the providers calendars fill up quickly and you always have to schedule out a month. With that said, if you needed an appointment sooner and message through your portal, they are quick to try and fit you in.

I have tried other services, but Cerebral has been working out the best for me. My care team has been very responsive. Only experienced couple glitches, but overall, I’m happy with Cerebral and its team.

My first visit with the prescriber went nice, she was great work with me. She is referring me to other prescriber which she thinks is gonna be best working with me. I just wish the next prescriber will help me with my issues an Hopefully give me something to ease my mind some.

only bit holding the other 1 star the availability of some professionals was inconsistent in the sense where, I had spoken to three different professionals in the span of time with cerebral. the first was amazing, I was comfortable with her and felt safe speaking freely with her - unfortunately because of scheduling conflicts I was given a different therapist and then the same thing happened the third therapist was the same vibes as the first, felt comfortable and safe to speak freely and I truly hope I can continue cerebral with her

I was skeptical to use cerebral, for multiple reasons including a possibility of feeling a lack of personal connection or attention, and privacy and safety. My experience has actually been great overall. There is a good selection of recommended providers that are able to be scheduled according to your own availability. They also have care managers, basically therapists, that allow you- the obviously better option- to include talk therapy in with your overall treatment experience. While their customer service could do a little better at communication across departments, I have no doubt this will be improved with just a little time. It is still a new venture and everyone is human so it can’t be perfect. I highly recommend Cerebral. Especially now with the pandemic never going away. We all need a little help.
