I do not like their app model and I feel that speaks levels about their business. First of all, I don’t know why I am being charged $85 a month when I use none of their services. I made an account to try using their services but never got around to actually setting up my first meetings. I thought it was strange they wanted my card information before I had even gotten any of their services yet. I decided I did not want to use their services when I saw they were charging my card for nothing. For simply making an account. I had to call to delete my account, which should have deleted my card information as well and cancel the subscription, however, i am still being charged by cerebral. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. I dont know why my account is deleted yet they are still taking money out of my bank account. $85 a month for nothing is too much money. Your website sucks. Do not ask for money before u provide your service. disgusting.

This company is horrible. They said they could no longer perceive the adderall medication I need but still charged me for the next month of service from 10/25 to 11/25. They refuse to give me a refund but they also refuse to give me my medication. This site is a a scam. They stole my money and aren’t prescribing my Medication! I am thinking about getting a lawyer to help. Stay away!!

The prescriber gave my husband buspar prn(as needed) for his severe anxiety. Buspar is a scheduled med meaning it is supposed to be taken daily because it takes 4 to 6 weeks to build in your system. Prescriber also missed 2 appointments. She was also supposed to sign paperwork for my husband to return to work and received it 2 weeks ago and she has yet to sign off on it. He has until tomorrow to have it turned in or he loses his job thus adding to the anxiety. Cerebral took full advantage of the pandemic and prey upon individuals like my husband who are willing to do anything to feel "normal" again. I will be contacting an attorney tomorrow because they may very well have caused my husband to lose his job that he has been working for 25 years.

This company is a joke. I’ve been without my meds for two weeks now. I send message upon message and never hear back from anyone but they proceeded to charge my account. They are frauds. They’ll start you out your first month then just steal you money without providing treatment.

I have no health insurance temporarily and was looking for an affordable option for treating my bipolar disorder. They advertise that they treat bipolar, but after you pay for the service, they tell you you are too much of a liability for the company and refuse to treat you. Also, they never respond to messages and I had to email support every time to ever get a response. Very, very disappointed. Also, the doctor had prescribed me Depakote, which you can NOT quit cold turkey, but left me with no instructions on how to wean off it or a prescription.

Terrible customer service! COMPLETE SCAM!! I signed up for their promotional $99 and was forced to schedule an appointment before I could check if my insurance was accepted. It wasn't, and I reached out and asked to cancel and refund my account after an hour of being signed up for the service. Customer service reached back out and told be to cancel it myself, and when I reached back out to reinquire about a refund I heard nothing back for 4 days. I then called their customer service and was promptly told that since I setup an appointment, like I was forced to through the app, that I agreed to their terms and no refund would be issued. I asked to speak with a manager but the woman told me that they only speak via email and that a request to speak to one will take an additional 2 days. This company cares nothing about their actual clients and is only in it for the money. Trust me there are better services out there for mental health services. Please don't make my mistake. I was signed up for the service for less than 2 hours and didn't even attend an appointment yet. Don't fall for their scam! I'm now out $100.

I was helping a friend manage their account... the account went on pause for 6 months because of inactivity. We left the account up because we weren't sure of the path forward. Given enough time, we forgot about the paused account. Then after 6 months it charged the credit card (which they had the right to do based on the pause period). I immediately asked them to refund the charge and cancel the account. First, they told me I had to cancel the account before they could address refund requests. I did so right away. After that, they told me the account was not eligible for a refund and that it was against company policy. I protested, but to no avail. In the end, the card was charged $325 and we didn't even have a month of services to use for the charge.

Stay away. I understand any business is in it for profit, but profit supersedes any care or treatment for their patients. I will never return to Cerebral. Their customer service will not work with you and they suck you into contracts they claim they can’t refund. I’ve received zero service from them the last 2 months yet they continued to charge me despite cancelling and refuse to refund for the one month I requested (which is the coming month. They charged me a day ago and refuse to refund). They are horrible and couldn’t care less about your mental well being.
