I started using Cerebral today, I have already spoken to a professional and feel positive about my experience and plan. The whole process was very easy and I feel very hopeful.

Like most of us, the past two years have been hard, so after deciding to prioritize my mental health, I found Cerebral. I travel often and have no insurance, so I quickly discovered the limitations of traditional health services. Without Cerebral I would never had the access to speak with a doctor the way that works for me and my life. Everyone I have spoken with thus far has been kind, helpful, and professional and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with the team at Cerebral!

I signed up for medication and therapy. The lady that does my medicine is very kind, knowledgeable, and communicates very well. She let me know what the medicines did and gave me all the information I needed to know. My therapist was very friendly, listened wonderfully, and let me know how everything worked. The first session is always going to be a little more about learning about how things work but she did make sure that I was in a safe place and that I didn’t need more assistance or critical help. It is a relief to know that things will certainly get better and I have a team of people dedicated to improving myself and getting out of my cycle of anxiety and depression. The road won’t be easy but there is a lot of support.

I don't know why I waited so long. The healthcare provider explained every step and made it easy to talk to.

Emily was one of a kind! I always have a problem expressing myself, not with her though. I was so comfortable & she was so understanding. I’m so glad I made the decision to reach out. She shed tears with me, not many professionals even take time to listen anymore much less care. Thank you so much!

So far my experience has been truly amazing.! I had my appointment with my prescriber yesterday and she was so understanding and listened without judgement! She reminded me that it is okay to need help! We all need some help at some point.! I definitely do not regret taking this leap of faith to try Cerebral.!

I had the same doctor for 10 years in CA. I moved to FL in a hurry and with my prescribed medication, I had no idea where to look. There were small obstacles to get through, but Cerebral got me back on track and my doctor is fantastic and my counselor is great. Both are informative, understanding and great listeners. I’d recommend to anyone.

Very helpful both my counselor and prescriber have been awesome so far, great listeners who I feel care about what I am going through.
