I feel validated
Today, my provider appt aligns with all other appts I’ve had with cerebral. I feel as though I am able to advocate for my own mental health and my advocacy is validated. Lara, my provider, was transparent about likely future changes in telehealth med prescribing and set me up to take time to think about my options. I will continue to be a patient of cerebral as my care team has been wonderful. I have used other mental health providers local to me and did not have the same experiences. My thoughts and assumptions about having ADHD were dismissed because I was “good in school” and I was over medicated on my depression and anxiety meds (more than likely exacerbating my depression and anxiety symptoms). Cerebral was a wonderful decision for my mental health journey.

She was amazing
She was amazing! She took the time to listen without me feeling judged based on my answers. She made me feel comfortable in every way. She took the time to invest the time needed. Even though she could not help me with medications because of my medical issues, she gave me the recourse to find outside of their network to find another doctor. She was expedient in finding answers needed and called me back within an hour in which I was not expecting. Chose her and you will have a great doctor that looks out after your best interest.

Real life remedy
Real life remedy! The team of medical advisors and staff are professional and courteous. They heard my problems and assisted me straight to the process of solving. I still have a ways to go but this system is a big help!

Pleased and hopeful
In my initial screening with my prescriber, I felt the questions asked were detailed, extensive and appropriate. I also fet comfortable sharing information with my prescriber. Her manner was warm, professional, confident and highly competent. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with Cerebral.
