Cerebral is absolutely the WORST company. They didn't call my prescriptions in for two months, and I went into withdrawal. I almost ended up in the ER, and even wrote emails telling them I was not okay. They took days to respond to the emails, and then over 1 WEEK to even call the prescription in, then it was the wrong medications. It has been days since I have told them it was the wrong medication, and they are simply refusing to even respond. I have asked for refunds, which they have also not responded to. Stay far away from this company.

They kept rescheduling my therapy appointment it was more trouble than it was worth then come to find out months later when they billed me through my insurance it was not even in network. So they are a complete waste of time and a complete waste of money. Worst experience

Cerebral's policy of getting rid of therapists and transferring patients to new people with no warning is both a bad business practice and medically negligent. One day I had a therapist I trusted; the next day she was gone and I was told to make an appointment with someone new. This was due to Cerebral's financial decision, not a lack of professionalism or good conduct on the part of my therapist. They should be ashamed.

Refuse to write proper medication needed for diagnosis. They are limited to very few meds they can give and it's a waste of money.

Used them for one month and then looked for another service as they did not fit my needs. They charged me for 12 months before I realized I was still subscribed. I contacted customer service. They gave me 30% off for a renewal and gave no refund. I used 0 of their services for a year. They claim to support mental health but we’re simply taking my money for months. If you are looking for a company to help your mental health this is not the one. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Terrible customer service.. where do I start? We got a finance department that has no idea what they are doing.. I signed up because my insurance covered them, my first appointment? BAM $356 charge.. I asked them what was going on and they had no idea that aetna even covered them.. what a joke. Should have taken this as a sign but.. NOOOO I stayed with them.. I agreed to a copay being charged from each visit.. a copay of $50!! Not ONLY did they charge me AFTER I left this insurance due to job change, and STOPPED cerebral completely... they charged me more than double TWICE... I contacted Aetna and they confirmed it should only be $50... they are currently "looking into it" While I get hit with overdraft fee after overdraft fee... a joke of a company. STAY AWAY.

Cerebral does not care about people’s well-being, they are just out to make a buck. I had both coaches and prescribers just disappear without any contact at all. I had appointments that just got deleted without anyone contacting me. Cerebral is messing with people’s mental health and they really have no business doing so. I would recommend you find a company that doesn’t ghost you.

Using cerebral was a horrible experience. If I could give less than 1 star I would. My issues started at the very beginning trying to sign up for cerebral. Their system wouldn’t let me put in my insurance card and it took us calling the help line and multiple people to even be able to put our card in. Then when I was prescribed my first meds, the prescriber didn’t put them in correctly so I didn’t have them for almost two weeks and when they did arrive it was the wrong dosage. And every single month I had some problem with my meds. Either they were running out and I couldn’t get a hold of my prescriber to get them refilled (which happened more than once) or the wrong meds were renewed or my prescriber changed and there was almost no communication done with me to let me know of the problems. Multiple times my meds weren’t prescribed because we “owed” fifty cents or less and when asked about it I was told that the cerebral systems couldn’t process that small of an amount. I had a therapist that was consistently late to our meetings. I was ignored by my care coordinator multiple times and there was just no communication whatsoever. After the first insurance debacle Cerebral never billed our insurance. When confronted about it they said that my insurance did not cover the services but we made sure before we started that our insurance did cover everything. When asked about it cerebral said that they would look into it but never once tried to bill our insurance. Cerebral only cares about getting as much money for your as they can. I will never in my life recommend cerebral to anyone. They are a greedy corporation and I felt worse after getting out of cerebral than I did when I went in.
