I was scared to hear that I do have an…
I was scared to hear that I do have an issue and scared to reach out and get the help I need. I fist spoke with Melanie and she was very understanding and made feel safe in talking with her and admitting the issue I have. Made me realize that it is okay to take that first step to help yourself and that there are humans out there that actually care for you. You talk to a stranger and you don’t feel judged about your life. Thank you so much Melanie can’t wait to meet with you again.

Worth it and give it a try
I have had a great experience with cerebral. My therapist is amazing. I’ve seen mixed reviews with cerebral. But it really depends on who and what therapist or counselor you may get. Not every therapist is created equal nor suited for you but it’s a matter of finding the right one. I can say that I have had such amazing progress and will continue using cerebral.

My prescriber listened to everything I…
My prescriber listened to everything I had to say. She was so kind and didn’t seem bothered when my 1 1/2 yo brother wanted to come and chat too. She listened to how I was feeling and how everything affected me and took care to try and find me the right medicines for my needs. She said if anything doesn’t feel right to schedule an appointment sooner than a month and she would help me. I feel like a burden a lot of the time but her reassurance made me feel like she wanted to help me and was glad to do so and I appreciate that.

Working with Cerebral care counselor has been a wonderful, supportive experience.
Working with Cerebral care counselors and practitioners has been such a relief. It is easy to schedule convenient appointments online, make changes if needed, and connect with my providers online. Everyone has been great to work with and so caring. This has been a much more supportive and easier experience than seeking more support from my primary care doctor's office.
