Startup and obtaining an appointment at the beginning was very easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my doctor and results were being made. I guess my doctor left, I was not notified of this information, my appointment was canceled with her comment I had to contact help desk to find out what was going on. This led to the frustrations of an email clerk setting up my following appointment only a month after I was supposed to have met with my doctor that quit. The time and date that they picked for me did not work and told me I could reschedule it yet when you go to reschedule that doctor has zero availability. It honestly seems like a little bit of a waste I have to talk to the care coordinator at a different time too because it's not done much for me really. The girl is really nice but kind of a waste of time. I would prefer more time with the doctor. That is the other downfall you get very limited time with the doctor and they even tell you they will interrupt you because they only have so long to get their information completed. The app has issues a lot which is also frustrating. Ultimately though I guess I am finally getting help for my ADHD and that's nice. And the price range works for me. I still haven't met with new doctor so we'll see how it goes after this but it certainly started out great and is just mediocre now. Unfortunately I just have to stay because wasn't able to find other avenues to assist with this.

Pros: Easy med treatment, easy therapist check ins. The process is fairly streamlined and works most of the time. Its really great for people who don't have access/time to a mental health professional for med prescription. My chosen therapist and provider are amazing! I feel heard, cared about, and really enjoy my time with them. Cons: Scheduling with a provider/therapist can be difficult because there aren't that many of them and their availability is limited. The automated messages threatening loss of med coverage come regardless of provider instructions and cannot/will not be stopped. It was also very difficult to get my insurance in. In fact, I stopped trying and pay out of pocket.

Hello. I just wanted to tell everyone the great experience I had with cerebral. I been dealing with alot of anxiety and depression and adhd at work. It was at times l didn't know if l was going to make it. I decided to give Cerebral a try. I was astonished at the service l got. I talked with a very nice lady. She didn't condemn me and she understood me . I also got my medication too. I do have insurance and they helped me with all of it. Thank you so much for helping me like you did. Iook forward to our next visit. I do recommend Cerebral to anyone having depression, anxiety Adhd.

The service is good, however I have a couple gripes. My insurance (which is good) does not cover the cost of the service. And the video call quality and user interface is very clunky (at least through the app). I am still getting value, but there are points to be improved.

My prescriber Stephanie has been amazing. I feel like she really, genuinely cares about me and my well being. She’s upbeat and friendly, but also very knowledgeable. I haven’t yet had a meeting with my care counselor. Both appointments have been cancelled last minute, and we have a third attempt at a first meeting scheduled for mid-January. I understand that things happen, but that’s been frustrating, especially given the expensive monthly fee for Cerebral. What I’ve been able to experience so far has been great - I just want to be able to experience everything Im paying for.

App is easy to use but providers are slow to respond. They have so many patients that it’s definitely not personable. Just not really worth the price when I could do telehealth with someone that does take my insurance and not pay $90 a month.

Update: I was able to finally sort this out, and got a refund of the month I cancelled thanks to Meagan who responded to my review. My experience with support before this was poor. I can only think that most people don't succeed in canceling 'per their strict terms' and don't get refunded a penny. The subscription model (and suspending your account when you request to cancel, so you have to cancel at the end of your billing cycle and can't do it in advance so you won't forget, otherwise your appointments are cancelled / you can't meet with your counselor) Original review: I have had an awful experience rather than helping my health. I signed up a couple of months ago to treat previously assumed but undiagnosed ADHD. I met with a care provider and was given a prescription, did not do anything good, couldn't meet with them again for another month. Didn't complete intake and somehow got assigned a therapist I knew nothing about. I decided to cancel, but that turned into a nightmare, as it is convoluted process then they disable your account immediately, so you're forced to have them reinstate it if you want to get anything out of what you've already paid, and wait and try to time your cancellation so you can use the services you've paid for but then not get billed for next month. I tried to meet with a counselor, who in response to my concerns about ADHD symptoms of feeling overwhelmed and unable to be productive could only suggest I need more pressure to get things done. Not helpful. This feels like fraudulent billing practices and terrible policy. Support is friendly and just reiterates the policies I was not aware of rather than being reasonable or helpful in any way. They won't escalate the case either. They are an unethical company that does not care about the mental health of the patients they purport to support.

My care team is great! The business aspect could use some work and being able to make contact with someone when you are unable to figure out what your paying for or wanting to change your plan. There isn't an easy way to see the different plans without your plan changing and then you having a new plan with outrageous charges coming from your account and losing the counselor you thought you were going to see. Outside of this it was good.
