My first phone appointment with NP, Jill, was beyond my expectations. She was empathetic, compassionate, informative, and made me feel really comfortable with a medication plan. She took the time to explain why we were going to go with specific medications and I feel better knowing it’s not just a shot in the dark with medication choice. I feel confident I am going to get better because Jill really listened to everything I told her and took it all in to account when choosing my medication. I couldn’t recommend this service more and my daughter is signing up today, as well. Thank you for this convenient service; without this service it may have been months more before I physically went to a doctor for help. I had my whole call from my bed which is where I’ve had to kind of live the last few months with debilitating anxiety and depression. My hopelessness is already lessened and I know there is a light at the end of this tunnel.
