I have a hard time making appointments on the site at times

I have used Cerebral for the past 6 months for anxiety and depression. It has helped tremendously the care that they have provided has been very beneficial and it’s so easy to use the care team that has been provided is typically very responsive and it’s easy to schedule appointments and talk to someone. I have a very busy/unpredictable schedule sometimes with working as a small business owner/freelancer so the flexibility is helpful. Price is affordable and they really care about ensuring that you get the medicine that you need as well as checking in to see how it is affecting you. I have ran into a few times where my prescription has run out before I received the next amount but it’s never been longer than one day.

I’ve had great results using Cerebral. Through the online test and initial meeting with the prescriber I was able to get the right medication that I have probably needed for years, It was delivered to my door in a nondescript container. All of the counselors and care team specialists have been extremely understanding and flexible. I like the video call check-in system, it’s very easy to schedule or reschedule appointments. If you are struggling with ADHD and depression I highly recommend the system to get on track- to feeling better & becoming yourself.

I was very hesitant on which mental health app to put my trust into and invest my mental health,my time, and rely on to help me. I did my research on three different apps and ultimately I choose Cerebral. After my initial meeting with both my therapist and my medical provider I know I made the right choice and couldn't be happier that I made a much needed and long overdue first step in making my mental health a priority. I felt that both of my provider's genuinely listened to me when we met and that they both really care about my wellness and want to help me. There is a large selection of providers Cerebral had for you to pick from for your first appointment/session. They do try to make it so that their I'd a provider available that will easily fit into your usual routine whenever it fits into your schedule. It was almost overwhelming for me personally because there were so many. I read all the bios for the providers that had appointment dates and times that matched up to what I needed and then did research on their history and what they each specialized in to see who I felt that I could be honest with and were open to helping me manage my overall wellness emotionally and physically. If this were a review for just my care team it would definitely be a five star review. The app and the fact that it's an app and an app will always have technical difficulties somewhere is the only reason for not giving five stars. Dealing with the non provider related side of Cerebral is the only thing holding me back from a full five stars.

Very helpful getting my prescribed medication back on track after about a year of not being able to meet with folks in person. I was being passed around from therapist to therapist due to overwork in the medical treatment centers near me, and several quit the facilities, leading to inconsistent treatment. Additionally, my former provider before cerebral didn’t believe in ADHD so I wasn’t getting the treatment I needed. Cerebral has helped getting my mental health better and treatment plan back on track. They do try to help whenever things do not fit my needs. Fifteen minute reminders and calendar invites are essential to keeping me up to date and working around my ‘time blindness’. It would be a five-star review if not for the fact that I had my provider not show up to a few appointments due to a scheduling issue via the app and disregulating my medication plan for a month.

I appreciate my care team, they have worked with me to find a prescriber that is helpful. My first prescriber was a poor fit, after some back and forth, they did help me reassign. My current prescriber is amazing and seems to really care about how treatment is going. My counselor is kind and understanding, truly an advocate for her patients. Some technical app issues on occasion have been frustrating, had to reinstall to get notifications. All in all, I’m glad I went with Cerebral.

Great service. But very expensive. I thought it was only 10 dollars a month when I signed up. But it turns out to be 85 dollars a month. That's alot for a blue collar construction worker.
