I do the Cerebral medication program, and I also have a care counselor which comes with the program. My care counselor is amazing and my prescriber for my medication was so thorough and knowledgeable. She discussed all my options for medication with me at length. I really feel like she and my care counselor take the time to listen to my story, ask me all the questions about how I’m feeling, provide me tools to change my thinking patterns, and overall are extremely encouraging and motivating. My life has gotten a lot better since using Cerebral. I have used medication prescribed by a psychiatrist that I saw in person, but the follow up and overall communication with Cerebral is so much more involved and consistent and personal.

I can't stress enough how life changing this experience has been. I put off seeking help for far too long because I was afraid it wouldn't work and I'm happy to say I was wrong. The process couldn't have been easier and everyone I've dealt with has been amazing. I didn't know it would be possible to feel so much better so quickly but being able to do it on my own terms and from home or from work has given me so much hope that I'm headed in the right direction.

My husband found this and while I was dealing with my crisis he remember it. So far it’s been great.

Awesome experience a lot easier than I thought it would be a lot less hassle than happy to go in the waiting room I would recommend this to anybody that suffers from anxiety depression or anything like that

Cerebral and my care team has been wonderful at helping me gain and use tools to manage my mental health as well as help me establish my purpose and place in the larger context of the world I live in. I have found a culturally congruent provider that gets me and knows how to help guide my therapy progress in a way that is culturally competent and diverse. I've never been more please--Cerebral has given me a whole new outlook on mental health care.

This is my first visit with Sara and Cerebral. I switched from BetterHelp to Cerebral because I needed medication to go with the therapy and BetterHelp couldn’t do that for me. The therapist was great but I need meds and Cerebral provided me with the medication which will help with the ongoing therapy. Sara and I had a great conversation and I am looking forward to our next appointment.

I know staffing is hard. Cerebral has always made sure to reassign me a councilor that fits my issues and my personal needs. We found medication that helps me and works for me and im glad to talk to my councilor i actually get excited to video chat with her! They have helped me grow and learn alot about myself and my recent traumas i have gone through and ive learned so many coping mechanisms and i feel safe talking with them! I couldnt be happier!
