They gave me medication that put me in the ER and could've killed me. The therapist never bothered showing up for the appointment, and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. They are only available once every 3 months though you pay monthly. They don't answer messages. There are much better places out there than this one.

My first provider call resulted in my emergency contact being called and them being heavily urged by the provider to bring me to an emergency room, which I did NOT consent to, and verbally fought against, AND having a wellness check done by the POLICE, which I also begged for the provider not to do. She had promised not to and yet the police came. The policeman even informed me that if I was not home, it would have resulted in them knocking down the door and damages would have fallen on me. I did not expect this fiasco to occur when I paid $45 dollars for this platform. It has given me even more mental strain and paranoia that the provider will go out of the way to contact my emergency contact or even the police as a "check-up", which I again, AM VEHEMENTLY against. When I first subscribed to this platform, I was optimistic that I will be able to find a treatment that'll work for me or just new exercises to help ground me out of my panic attacks. Not for my mental state to be outed out of nowhere and the police knocking on my door. 1 star for sure. EDIT: They are now trying to take THIS review down through Trustpilot as they believe this experience with them was falsified. I have never dealt with a company so untrustworthy. Take this review for face value and learn from my experience!!

Finally saw a provider, who ordered meds and then quit. Got a new provider who has yet to show up for 2 appointments today regarding med side effects that are actually making things worse. This app is terrible and a waste of money! 8/17/20 Provider contacted us and apologized and then made it all about how she hopes we will change the review. When contacted about med side effects, the response is always the same “keep trying”...we now have 3 months of meds that aren’t working and actually making things worse.

I attempted to use the site to help my son with an issue. During the initial/first call we were told by the Psychiatrist that they could not assist my son with his mental illness and he would need to find a psychiatrist who could handle that. She stated again they would not be able to take him on as a client. With that being said, they still charged me 45. for a full months service that we did not use. Nor were we able to use. I only found out after they attempted to pull $99. off my card. I called and was told I needed to cancel my service. What service? We were told we couldn't receive services so why is my card being hit. They said no refund and basically oh well. I reported this to my fraud dept and will be contacting the bbb.
