Horrible experience. Do not waste your money. Because that is ALL that they want. I have been dealing with mental issues for over 9 years, on and off meds, all types of doctors, and I found this online desperate thinking that they could help. Only to deal with false hope, and a doctor pushing meds that had NOTHING to do with my ongoing symptoms. The "counselor" was just giving me auto-pilot answers, answering HOURSSS after actual emergencies, with "I am so sorry you're going through this, I can understand your frustration, but unfortunately" answers ALL THE TIME. It is a scheme. They made my mental health even worse by having to deal with weeks of uncertainty. Save your money and go see REAL doctors!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. The provider was soo nice, promised my rx would be there that day as I was starting a new job and didn't want it mailed. Note SHE offered that option first. Said if I had any problems my counselor would answer right away, they would be my support system. Soo nothing there that day for my rx. Reached out to support, nobody answered phone. My counselor saw my message and started typing, but didn't actually respond. Nobody had any clue why my provider never filled my rx and nobody could reach her. Some support! 5 days later I finally get my rx but they say they will mail it! Still no answer on why my provider never filled it, and no refund despite my provider not doing her job because I already spoke with her. Umm ok, I get that but she lied and didn't do what she said. Support and my counselor were useless. Don't use this service unless you want more stress.

This company is a dumpster of a start up. In effective care counselors, who are unresponsive, unprofessional, and unethical. I would not recommend. Fraudulent. I had a visit with Sameka Dowell Mills This woman tells me 'well your scripts might cost more money'. Extortion. I asked her 'colleague' what type of scam she was running. He says 'That's not right.' The customer service leaves so much to be desired that I would recommend trying your luck at an PCP, urgent care or ER in lieu of having worse anxiety and emotional distress in dealing with someone who is ill prepared and not staffed or trained to provide this type of medical service. And attempts Extortion for monthly fees etc. They don't reply to the zendesk. (Place to hide behind customer requests).

Awful experience where it created more chaos and anxiety in a situation where I needed the absolute opposite. Very unreliable for a company operating in mental health. And if you have issues, you'll receive messages that the issue is being looked into but it'll feel like you're not getting any answers. Customer service also takes hours, if not days to reply to your messages so don't expect prompt resolutions of anything.

I never talked to a physician. Talked to someone at a call center and got prescription sent. I switched to in person treatment and cancelled the day before renewal, but they still are trying to bill me. Apparently you need to cancel before 9am day before subscription expires. I emailed them at 1130. They also sent me a renewal prescription via mail even though I told them I fill at my local pharmacy. Hopefully they don't bill for that too. Cerebral might be good for somone w/o insurance just trying to get a script for an ssri but if you want any type of more comprehensive care I would look elsewhere. If they had advertised the service as such I would have been less disappointed. ** Update** Cerebral has stopped trying to bill for the 2nd month which I cancelled for renewal. They also have tried to dispute this review with Trustpilot by claiming I was not an actual customer even though Maddie who has commented below emailed and called me multiple times about the criticisms I posted here. I've provided Trustpilot with invoices and emails from cerebral supporting the fact that I was an actual cerebral customer.

Horrible company. One doctor prescribed ONE med that made me feel awful. I quit taking it & had to wait 6 days before I could get in touch with her to prescribe me something else (If I had been seeing a doctor in my area, they would have gotten me in for an emergency visit right away). When that day finally came, in less then 2 minutes, she says she's sorry, that she cant help, & she feels like I need to be seen by someone in person. WHAT? There are DOZENS of prescriptions & options & you are just going to give up? Then she has the nerve to say "let her know in a few months how I'm doing" - You think I'm about to keep paying for this crap? By the way, I signed up for the most expensive plan they offer ($339 a month), so you'd think retaining my membership would be of importance to them. Then the therapist ... what a joke. 1st time the audio wasn't working on her end so we had to talk on the phone, totally worthless. Then the second time she was 10 minutes late & then she had a problem with her video so she had to call 7 we had to do it over the phone again. Then to add insult to injury she just kept repeating "I wish there was something I could do to help you right now". Then rushes off the call 15 minutes early claiming she wants to send me "all of this helpful information" before her next appointment. Well, all her "helpful information" was a link to some relaxation music & she didn't even get that to me until after 11pm that night. I'm really shocked this is legally considered mental health care.

Services are okay . You can’t reach the doctor if your experiencing any trouble with meds. Doctor doesn’t deal with you do if you’re paying the monthly cost then all your paying for is the pills which I ll consider getting from primary doctor

Struggle. That’s the best word to describe this service. I struggled to get into contact with anyone. I struggled to get my meds on time. I struggled to use the interface.
