I am writing to request your time-urgent assistance regarding an egregious matter which occurred with Cerebral Inc. and its associates -- a Grievance which the company is more than aware of at this stage, and has yet to amicably resolve with me -- the disabled patient. As of March 8, 2023, Cerebral Legal & Cerebral Inc has ignored my plights for urgent assistance regarding a truly abhorrent, distressing matter -- and continues to ignore my calls and emails to attempt resolution to a time urgent matter, prior to Legal action & retaining of private Counsel. To date, the company has now stopped responding to my urgent phone and email requests for assistance (after guaranteeing me a response in writing "no later than March 15, 2023) in navigating this matter and their promised compensation as a result of this egregious and highly distressing matter — which has led to severe further distress on me, the severely disabled patient. I am appalled and disheartened that Cerebral would not contact its former patient to make right a truly egregious matter -- and as such, I have filed a grievance with the Attorney General, and will be pursuing action with local media outlets & private Counsel should this matter continue to go unresolved. I have tried repeatedly to cancel and they will not stop trying to charge me monthly after stating in writing that I no longer want their services. I'm to the point of calling my bank and getting my card changed. Worst mistake I ever made was signing up! Beware!!!

Bad experience, my previous provider called me in December stating that the bill cerebral passed in October that you have to have a in person appointment for controlled substances was not passed and asked me to come back. When I signed up again they told me this was not true. So I spent $100 to have them tell me this. AVOID USING CEREBRAL, I cancelled my subscription bc it’s WAY TO EXPENSIVE! 325 a month! Couldn’t afford it, so I cancelled my subscription, yet they still drafted out of my bank! Put me negative and put me in a bind! They are money hungry and don’t give a F about you

This company is incredibly unprofessional. I cannot even get a provider to show up to an appointment. Please go to Better Help or Talkspace, if you actually want any form or treatment or service. I cannot express enough how truly awful this company is.

No refunds even if no services are used. Thanks for the reply, cerebral, however I already reached out to you about this and was denied a refund. Hence the review.

At first the was good, then I after a couple months I changed my mind. I cancelled my subscription but was still charged the next month. I have both emails for cancellation. This is why you should use your credit cards so you can dispute charges.

First of all, you can’t see if this company will accept your medical insurance until after the first month is paid for. After I found that this company does not accept my insurance I canceled my subscription. On February 13th of 2023 I canceled my subscription. On March 2nd of 2023 cerebral took $325.00 out of my account. They could see where my subscription was canceled and agreed it was their fault. Now my mortgage is going to be late because it takes 5-10 business days to receive my money back. Ridiculous!
