I wouldn’t even rate this scam a 1 star but I had to just to get my message out there!! First, they advertise “$30 for the month of may blah blah blah for mental health month” THEN after you pay the $30 you get hit with the “okay now upgrade your account for “$100, “$265”, and so. They “recommended” the $100 and some for me. So.. I upgraded, because I was seriously trying to get help!!! Now, I’m up to $139 for this scam they call “therapy and medication.” I chose my “care counselor” and provider and waited for the appointments. I met with my “care counselor” who, in real life I would have never went back to see. I was treated like a child, told to “repeat after me”, and given “journaling” homework and then told he was going on vaca so he’d be unavailable for the next week or so. And that was that! The day after it was my appointment with the provider. I rushed home from work to get on the computer to sit in the virtual waiting room. I sat for 35 minutes while the provider was offline the whole time. So I followed the directions it gives you on that same webpage “if for any reason your provider doesn’t show.” At this point, I felt like I was scammed. I received a response the next day asking me to chose a different doctor, and then wait so more? I was already over the whole thing and figured I had already wasted 2 weeks with this process and scheduled a traditional appointment. In the meantime I re-read the promotion on the website and realized I had been way over charged and now I was furious. I reached out again, asking for my money back since I wasn’t provided the services I paid for and I paid way more than what the initial price was supposed to be. ALL TO BE TOLD THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY PAYMENT! I sent my receipts from the company itself + my transactions reports on my card. Now, I’m being told I was charged the difference because I upgraded. Excuse me? It didn’t give me any other option but to chose one to move forward? On top of that, the provider didn’t show so the service I was upchaeged for WASN’T complete! I tried going on my account to delete my debt card info just to be even more upset that my card info cannot be removed. So I had to reach out again and ask that be removed. Here it is, a week or more later, and my debt card info is still saved! Why? So they can charge me more for a service I do not receive? I have asked numerous times for the charges to be revised. I’m here leaving this review in hopes it lets this company know that I will not be quiet about their fraudulent “company” and after I’m done with this review I’m reporting them to my bank so the charges can be disputed before they try taking more money from my account. This is my first review of many. I’ll continue on down the list. Leave this review for as many ppl to see. I hope they see this before they chose to get money and time taken from them. I wish I had read about this company before I got myself in this sus situation!!!

Terrible service, and care. Not worth anything. No one gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. It’s a money grab. My mental health got worse dealing with them.

I can't even begin to describe my experience. First off, none of the providers will consider giving you as needed medication, even with proof you've been on it before. Secondly, in my appointment with Ibrahim Iftoni, I could hear his kids in the background. He was not wearing headphones or anything of the sort so I can only assume they could hear me. That's a violation of my privacy and I'm very upset about that. Mr. Iftoni stated my anxiety would be relieved if I just talked to someone and then proceeded to take me off a majority of medications I was on. Stay far away from this company, not only because their providers don't seem to care but because your privacy might violated. Also, the only saving grace of this cursed site is Mr. Chantz Bury. He's incredibly sweet. I would recommend him and he's the reason I even gave this one star. Stay away from Ibrahim Iftoni at all costs.

I signed up for medication management but I keep getting switched counselors and receiving counselors who don’t have openings for opens.

Im prescribed 100mg of Wellbutrin a day. I just got my refill and you sent me 300mg pills. You tripled my dose without my permission or consultation. If it was a mistake, it’s still just as bad. I’m canceling your service and getting this med through my PCP. You also won’t prescribe me the med that I need right now for my work anxiety and I have to pay hundreds to get it overseas. Your service is unreliable and ineffective. UPDATE: Molly and Ashley were great in their outreach, concern and care for the issues I described. I did ultimately cancel but I do want to call out that their team is responsive and respond appropriately to concerns and mishaps.

Worst service ever. Was experiencing panic attacks, the "therapist" talked more about herself and gave no advice on how to help me. Said she would send me exercises...4 days later. I requested another therapist. They sent me 3 names, one was a social worker, one was in school, and the other has 20 years of experience. Obviously I chose the last one. Took over a week for an appointment and right before the appointment, three "coordinator" decided she was going to reassign me to another therapist. So I decide to cancel, they say it's too close to the next billing date and they're billing me for the next month. Scam? I think so.

What a scam! They just randomly change prices with out informing you. Doing what ever they can to get more money. Providers are rude and not knowledgeable. Care counselors take what ever time they want to respond and half of the time it's not them. Other people replying and looking into your records is a hippa violation. They want to charge 69 dollars a month for 1 30 minute counseling session a month. Have to fight for medical records

Used Cerebral for a couple of months in 2020 and quickly realized it's just another scam profiting off of the lack of affordable and accessible mental health care in the US. You choose a provider and a "care counselor" who is supposed to be some pseudo-therapist liason between you and your doctor/NP. I stopped using Cerebral after I emailed my care counselor and she didn't reply for a few days. In her message back she told me that it wasn't even always her replying to my emails but other members of the staff?? Seemed a little unnerving to me that I was seemingly having a private conversation with a mental health counselor but it turned out to be whoever happened to be working that day responding to me. You are also not allowed to contact your doctor directly which seems to be a trend with these online medical care start ups. Makes for a hellish experience trying to get refills or ask questions about medications/issues.
