Incompetent support staff, bad app coding
The app is buggy. I reached out to the support team to let them know, and to try to consent to have my prescriptions refilled, only to just hear (two weeks later!!) that my prescription has been cancelled because I am physically incapable of consent because of a coding error. I have been waiting to hear back from Hanna on the support team for two weeks about this. I have been trying to offer my consent since the day I was asked to, but there is a malfunction with my app that I cannot fix by logging out and back in or reinstalling the app- the only solutions I was offered to what seems to be a coding error. I also have a video screen capture of the malfunction on my app, recorded on June 8, after I had already spoken with the support staff. Hanna said she would be transferring me to someone who could better help me, but I did not hear from Hanna nor anyone else past that point- until I was told my prescription was simply cancelled. It seems unfair that I have gone above and beyond, and I’m still now suffering medication withdrawals- significant withdrawals, including the shakes, incessant sweating, insomnia, and vomiting- because the problem was not treated with priority or urgency. I am very disappointed with the level of care and concern actually offered to me by the customer support team. In all honesty, I had a good experience with my physiatrist, but I’m not really sure what I’m paying for if I can only see her every two months and no one can help me when technical errors arise on the app that keep me from maintaining my meds. I do not have a computer, so telling me to log on through a computer browser as a solution is not feasible.
