Wow!!
I have been genuinely thrilled with my experience so far. I was skeptical at first because the entire process felt too good to be true but decided to try it anyways. I have been amazed by the experience every-time. The thoroughness has been tremendous, yet, the ease in which it all happens is top notch! Couldn’t be happier with my decision to give this a try. Truly a life changer.

The best decision I’ve ever made - Do it for yourself
Cerebral has helped me so much throughout my journey to wellness from sever depression and severe anxiety. My doctor and therapist are amazingly supportive. My doctor asks all of the right questions to help me find the right balance of medicine to get my life back and help me feel in control of my mental illnesses. My therapist makes me feel so comfortable opening up and telling the ugliest truths so she can provide the best care and support and provides amazing coping mechanisms for me to practice while I work at getting better. These exercises have changed my life and really understand a lot about myself and what I could do better. I really needed the guidance through this and they’ve been amazing. My care coordinators are incredible and attentive and scheduling and taking appointments is so easy and convenient. I’ve been able to do it all over while traveling- I’ve even been able to take several video appointments from my car for extra privacy from my busy household. This app has really saved my life and helped me take it back. I can’t recommend it enough. Be kind to yourself and love yourself as hard as you can. Be well.

The team I have are so wonderful and easy to talk to my counselor has the best aura about her. My team is more than helpful and easy to work with and someone is always there whenever I need anything I am more than happy I decided to try this app

My care team has be great
My care team has be great. I feel comfortable and heard. My provider and care counselor have both listened and given me helpful advice and new cooing skills. This app was a great find and is an important part of my healing journey.
