Lauren Griff took the time to really hear me out, listened to my concerns, gave me thoughtful feedback and prescribed me a non stimulant that is supposed to help both my anxiety and adhd. I had no idea there was a newer medication that could help both of those issues in one dosage. She made sure to describe how it will work, what to be mindful of while taking it, how to incorporate it into my morning routine, and also encouraged me to independently research in order to know exactly what I am putting into my body. I am looking forward to seeing how it helps improve my quality of life!

Cerebral...an EXCELLENT mental health resource at a GREAT price!!
Cerebral has been a great source of mental health guidance and support that I desperately needed this year. Between losing my Mom in April, an Aunt I was close to in June, and most recently a beloved pet I helped rescue over 12 years ago, it has been a hard year, mentally & emotionally. Add to that the challenges of ADD/ADHD and a history of major depression and anxiety and you COULD have a recipe for disaster. However, the therapist and psychiatrist I have been seeing through Cerebral have been a TREMENDOUS help, working to find the RIGHT MEDICATION(S) I needed paired with the right person to listen and give me supportive feedback when needed and appropriate, I have stayed on track with my treatment plans!! They have helped me learn even more about my ADHD by offering exercises, information, and resources in addition to the services they already provide. This better understanding has helped, and is continuing to help me grow, improve, and become more confident within my own skin than I ever have before! If you have ADHD, major depression, anxiety, or any of several other mental health issues that conventional office visits are difficult, at times, to get in for, yet are desperately NECESSARY, PLEASE CONSIDER CEREBRAL AS A VIABLE OPTION!!!! Between my "talk therapist," who has been there for me on some of the most difficult days this year, and the prescribing psychiatrist/professional, who helped me find the CORRECT dosage of the BEST medications for my current needs, I have found the home for my mental health needs into the FORESEEABLE FUTURE!! THANK YOU, CEREBRAL, for offering these services to those of us who have faced simply getting into an appointment IN AN OFFICE as one of the GREATEST CHALLENGES OF ALL, AND TOO OFTEN FAILED WHEN WE NEEDED THAT APPOINTMENT MOST!! I hope that if you are dealing with this challenge more often than you are comfortable with you will consider Cerebral as a SERIOUS OPTION for your mental health services!! They do process insurance claims if they are in-network for your particular insurance plan, and are VERY REASONABLE in cost, whether they are in or out of network for your health insurance plan. Even if you don't have insurance, they are still lower in cost than if you tried to see a local therapist and prescribing professional for the SAME OR SIMILAR TREATMENT PLAN(S)!! I should know as I have been receiving therapy on and off since I was a child and I lost my own father to suicide. Please, if you are in need of help, before abandoning ALL services because they're becoming too difficult to access, PLEASE LOOK INTO CEREBRAL FOR YOURSELF!! You might be surprised at what you may be able to receive for less money than you'd expect!!
