Not as convenient as it seems
My care counselor is one of the only things I like about Cerebral. Every month, there are always huge issues with getting my medications filled: firstly, with no notice I had to change providers and was told last minute that I would need to see the new one first before I could get a refill. Then, every month she was impossible to schedule with, which meant I needed to email customer service each month to try and set an appointment date. One month, they did not refill my daily medication, and instead filled only my "as needed" meds which I had not indicated I needed. I was then charged for the rushed additional shipping for them, even though it was not my mistake. This last refill was declined, after confirming that I wouldn't need to see my practitioner for another couple months. Again, shes impossible to schedule with, and I imagine Im going to need to pay for expedited shipping again when she does approve them. I've been left without my necessary medication month after month since I started using Cerebral. Honestly, if it wasn't so difficult to get in to see a real mental health doctor in my area, I would have quit paying the exorbitant fees to Cerebral after the first 3 months of messed up medications.
