I was prescribed A.D.D medicine and asked my cerebral team to take over my anti depressant management. First they sent the RX's to the wrong pharmacy. Second, it has been SIX DAYS since I told them about their error and they STILL haven't resent them! Absolutely horrific client care. They're prescribing drugs that have a serious effect on your brain chemistry yet they're nowhere to be found when you need help. Absolutely astonishing dereliction of duty and borderline patient neglect.

This is a thread from my email to their support team... "Hi, I wanted to ask about an adjustment to the charges for my services. So far I've had one meeting with a nurse that was suppose to prescribe meds as needed (back in July or Aug. / I don't remember our date) but she said she wanted to refer me to someone else to do the prescription. That person didn't have availability until Nov 10th so that is 3 months without having access to an potential meds. Then the councilor (who is lovely and I did like talking to) just canceled my appointment set for tomorrow and doesn't have any other time to talk to me until late Oct. (a month away)So the monthly fee I am being charged doesn't actually reflect any services I'm receiving. Do I get a refund for these months I'm not actually getting services?" (link not allowed) Visit our Help Center at ...(link not allowed) So is it part of your business model to charge patients and then postpone / delay appointments? Sounds super sketchy honestly. My providers have been pushing my appointment dates so I’m not receiving treatment but also being charged. Despite any payment agreements I may have signed when I first signed up for your services this doesn’t seem ethical. It very much seems like a strategy for skimming money from potential clients. Withholding treatment as a business model? Also the term subscription implies payment for goods or services that occur at regular intervals. I’m not receiving any part of the services I’m being charged for in the subscription that I signed up for in good faith.

The concept here is great, too bad Cerebral doesn't live up to their hype. Their communication stinks - taking over 24 hours to respond to any message I sent. Even then, the "coordinator" didn't read my messages completely and responded to half my questions/concerns. Their counselors missed appointments, despite the fact that I received countless texts reminding ME of the appointments. The availability for appointments is terrible - pushing me off eight months if I used their online appointment booking tool. For $85 a month (that my insurance won't cover) I expected more. Dealing with Cerebral was a source of, not a remedy for, anxiety and distress.

Get Cerebral is exploiting people with severe mental health issues --- and laughing all the way to the bank. Don't believe me? Let's look at the facts: 1.) Get Cerebral Is One Of The Only Platforms That Openly Treat ADHD and Bipolar Disorder. This means they attract a vulnerable population that legitimately needs quality care. 2.) Their ZenDesk Team Is Deplorable. Responses take multiple hours, just so they can say it was "passed onto another team member" and will take even longer. 3.) Their Care Coordinators Sound Like They're On Drugs. I've had to place 5-10 different calls and speak to 5-10 different people, to resolve each issue I've had. 4.) Their Mailed Medications Are a JOKE. As every negative review here states: expect delays, error codes, and excuses as to why they couldn't do their job properly. 5.) There Is No Automated Refill Process. So unless you want to run out of medication altogether...get ready to place 20 phone calls every time your script is nearing empty. 6.) The App Is Useless. Want to submit a requested picture to the staff, fill out a requested form, or directly message your prescriber? You can't, because the app wasn't built properly. 7.) They Raised 150M+ in Capital This Year. Where's it going? Certainly not toward building a functional patient experience. 7.) The Person Responding To These Reviews Is Useless. All she does is give the generic phone number (so you can wait) and the generic e-mail address (so you wait even longer.) Most disingenuous way to reach customers ever. Advice to Management: Fire the underpaid children you have managing your phones/e-mail system, and bring in some real adults with work experience. This is functionally one of the worst mental health services on the internet; and its a matter of time until you're sued to nothing. Update (9/29): As predicted, Cerebral sent their HR monkey to lie about how they're helping "thousands of people." She then provided the same generic e-mail address and phone number which no one answers. I repeat, this is the worst mental health service in America. Do NOT give these fools your money.

I can't make it 0 stars. But to be honest, They put me on medicine immediately. They prescribed me medicine and it immediately caused a major weight gain. I mentioned my fear of this and was not listened to about it. Now yes, my weight was also affected to not eating as healthy as possible but I exercised daily and I wasn't eating so bad to make it a 40 lbs weight gain, which is what o gained at the end. I mentioned the weight gain multiple times. Never was listened to. The medicine didn't help as much as I wanted. The therapy didn't do a thing. I saw the counselor once a month and saw the prescriber once every 3 months. I feel better now that I'm off the medicine and now I'm saving money as well. So it might help some people but it definitely didn't help me.

I joined because of anxiety during the pandemic. The meds I received were the same I could get from my gp. So eventually I canceled since I already have a therapist and gp. I was still charged for a month I am not even signed up to use.

Absolutely terrible. I paid $75 per month for a $10 prescription and a 30 minute meeting with my care counselor who only had availability between 5 and 7 in the morning. Then, without letting me know, they switched my care counselor so I didn’t even get a 30 minute meeting with the new one because her availability was even worse! If you need mental health help, go to a real therapist or meet with your family doctor because Cerebral will make your mental health worse from making you spend so much money for basically NOTHING!

Obviously the whole purpose of this company is just to charge you money and then find loopholes and they don't have to give it back to you supposedly. I was charged for services and never received any. Do not recommend this company at all.
